Run down, under renovation, loud, no attention to detail.
Pros:

Not much. I have stayed here many times and Zawadi has always been a little on the edge but there has never been a lot of choice in Adjumani. This time the facilities and service were very run down post-covid. The bed was acceptably comfortable. Staff was friendly but largely unavailable. No wifi. Terrible showers.

Cons:

Dirty, mosquitoes in my room, standing water in my bathroom, mushrooms growing out of the baseboards. The food was hit and miss and very slow.

Pros:

Do not book this hotel online. The agent they use charges more than double and claims that they have more rooms than they actually have. It is actually Hotel Zawadi, but he switches it around to Zawadi Hotel so that he can keep the extra money for himself. Contact hotelzawadi@gmail.com. For Adjumani, it's actually not a bad facility, just a bad experience booking on Expedia.
