it was a decent hotel, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

access to the swimming pool and fitness facilities is not complimentary. Although the facilities are of a high standard, the additional fees are quite expensive, so this is worth considering when booking your stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and everything was exactly as it should be. The spa was excellent, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again!

I would stay at this hotel again, food is amazing, location is good for public transport bus stop So

Staff are very professional making guests welcome.

Cons:

I was told that I have to communicate when I need housekeeping which I did but was disappointed to come back and find the room.cleaned but dirty towels left on the floor..
Personally I am not.messy and the only treat I look forward to is to come.bac when my bed is made not necessarily changed, dirty glasses and cups taken away and replaced it makes me feel that I am.on holiday.
