The location was very convenient, as Westfield Mall of Scandinavia was only a short distance away. While the stay was comfortable overall, the breakfast selection felt limited. A greater variety of options, especially fresh fruit, would have made the experience even better.
The room I was allocated was very cold, and I had to call reception to complain. I was then asked by the receptionist to come downstairs to collect a small heater, which I had to use to keep the room warm.
This was a return visit as we enjoyed the hotel, location and atmosphere
We had a couple of problems this time, plug sockets would only sometimes work, hair dryer did not work, noisy loud music from other guests making our room walls shake, windows not secured properly so blew open in the high wind from the trains

Flott og moderne hotell med god standard. Rene og fine rom, hyggelig atmosfære og bra fasiliteter. Oppholdet var ellers veldig behagelig.
Rommet opplevdes litt for kaldt, og det var vanskelig å justere temperaturen til et komfortabelt nivå. I tillegg foretrekker vi separate dyner fremfor dobbeldyne, da det gir bedre komfort.
