Die Lage (direkt an der Bahnstation und in 15 Minuten in Stockholm City), die Ausstattung, das Frühstücksbuffet, insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Cons:

Man kann in den Zimmern leider die Fenster nicht öffnen. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank recht laut, was nachts gestört hat.

We chose this hotel mainly because it offers a spa, expecting a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, our experience with the spa reception was very disappointing.
The spa receptionist (a woman with curly hair, unfortunately we didn’t get her name) was extremely rude and dismissive when we asked about accessing the spa. Instead of politely explaining the reservation policy, she spoke in an arrogant and unfriendly tone. Later, she approached us again in an aggressive manner and even threatened to call security, which felt completely unnecessary and made us very uncomfortable.
Respectful communication with guests should be the minimum standard in hospitality. Because of this experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend the spa facilities of this hotel.
Normally we don’t write negative reviews, but this experience at the spa reception was disappointing enough that we felt it should be mentioned.

Över förväntan
Pros:

Fräscht och modernt utan att vara för stelt. Bra utrymme i omklädningsrummet, rena fina rum, rymlig pool och många liggplatser. God frukost, allt jag gillar och behöver, supergoda färska pannkakor t ex. Två gymrum, ett med maskiner och ett med fria vikter, stänger, pilatesboll, stepupbräda och uppvärmningsmaskiner. Superbra pris. Tvål, schampo och balsam på rummet. Vi var glatt överraskade av hur fint det var. Tågstation och bussar låg bara 50m ifrån men på vårt rum 310 hördes absolut ingenting, bra för pendlande turister.

Cons:

Ingen info vid incheckningen, parkering i p-hus 200 meter bort, stekhett på gymmet för dörren stod öppen och låg över poolområdet som var varmt, dåligt tryck i duscharna i omklädningsrummet. Den enda lilla jacuzzin lät ohyggligt högt så det blev inte särskilt avslappnande. Första som arbetade där talade bara engelska.
