Hardwood floor in room. First floor room so no stairs.

The staff needs to make sure the rooms are better stocked with all the amenities and they should be a decent quality and

The facility was clean and fairly conveniently located off I 30

Cons:

It was very sparsely appointed. We had to ask for a shampoo and a lotion, and the quality of those products were not great. We also had to ask for a hairdryer, and our faucet was broken in the kitchen. There was no remote to the TV. It just really was not good value, although the staff was lovely.

The facility it was nice, the ppl there were extremely loud.
Cons:

It was very noisy, the ppl next to use was beating on our wall. Lots of slamming doors while we're trying to sleep.
