Didn’t meet reasonable expectations for a 3 star hotel.
Pros:

The hotel advertised renovations but the rooms were in very bad condition. We asked them to change our first room due to the toilet door not closing (damaged due to humidity)and in the second room during check out I noticed the pillows under the cover had blood stains. That’s why they had double pillow covers.
The cleaning staff entered the room while there was the do not disturb sign displayed and we were still inside the room.
Breakfast is very poor.
Some of the reception staff were very rude.
We had to leave the last days and rented close by in another hotel.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολυ ωραίο σε πολυ καλο σημείο ολα ειναι κοντα.....το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικο!!!!

Cons:

Οτι δεν είχε κοντά στο κρεβάτι πρίζες και πολυ φτωχό πρωινο!!!!

Everything was perfect, making it exceptional value for money.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, featuring spotless and thoughtfully designed rooms. The balcony opened up to a magnificent view of a verdant park. The staff were highly hospitable.

El peor hotel de Atenas.
Pros:

Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación.

Cons:

Personal(señor que atiende recepción en las tardes y joven que atiende de noche, el que usa una gorra) ordinarios, prepotentes, no sabem resolver nada...duchas rotas y me decían que debía esperar al otro dia...solo un chico de los que atienden es apto. Deberían sacarlo de booking, realmente el peor lugar para quedarse. Colchones deformes, baratas en las habitaciones y en los pisos superiores....realmente una porquería de hotel.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a balcony with a wonderful view from the 6th floor. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good, with delicious bread and croissants.
