The staff help to change the room.
I was given a very stuffy room which I guess was a smokers room. I had to complain twice for the room to be changed. I was ready to leave to another hotel when they agreed to change me to a fresher room.
Staff pleasant good communication skills large room looked to have been renovated hotel workers are courteous also if you are in the room to pickup trash and replace used towels soap ect be out quickly little traffic noise sound deadening good in my opinion .
Soft mattress maybe if you are over certain weight queen you probably need king with the extra width All in All I feel it beat others competitors especially medium cities price what you pay for

Clean, comfortable, excellent shower, comfortable bed, strong a/c system and parking near room.
The pastry/bread was chintzy looking and fruit was not very pleasant looking to eat.
