Spacious room! Amazing staff who were friendly and very accommodating especially the manager of the hotel on Friday night -Saturday morning. 5 stars!
The ac unit in room 110 turns off after 30 seconds. That’s the only complaint I have!
The receptionist was really kind and helpful and gave me a free room upgrade when I asked him if it’s possible to get a room on the 3rd floor, as my friends were already staying there. The room was really nice and comfortable, loved the amenities. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay there. Only heard good things about their other staff too from my friends. Highly recommended!!
Clean room, everything I needed for a single night stay.
No hot water for the morning shower. It does from cool to cold.
I have to leave for work at 6:45am, the included breakfast was not available at that time.

Check in and check out were excellent. Friendliest I believe we have ever had on any of our travels throughout the world.
Room was clean, bed comfortable, pillows were hard but requested softer pillows and they were great. The building is old with definite updates and well taken care of, good stay and value. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and efficient.
We chose this for location and facilities, restaurant and lounge, however this is not as advertised. The lounge and restaurant are closed. VERY disappointing. The building is old which did have that old smell in the hallways.

The "included breakfast" was the worst we have experienced within the Best Western Brand. From the lack of selection to the machines that were not working properly, the overall experience made us seek out a much better breakfast at a local restaurant instead for all of the days we were there. In comparison to other Best Western's, it was a 2 out of 10.

The bed was the worst I slept in.
Firstly, the staff JAZZ gave us an amazing welcome, and provided us useful information. The room was clean, beds are well dressed regularly, and the washroom was clean and well maintained.
Everything was excellent and met my expectations.
Firstly, we were surprised and delighted to find that the hotel has a designated level 2 EV charging station in the parking lot! What a great convenience to travellers. I wish more hotels would provide this service.
Our room on the fifth floor was in great condition, clean and comfortable. The toiletries provided had a lovely scent. The air conditioning worked well. The small saltwater pool was refreshing for a quick dip. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, with a daily hot food special along with cereal, breads, yogurt and fruit. There were grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.
The traffic noise was quite loud at times, as our room faced the street, but didn't keep us awake at night. We were also a bit disappointed to learn that the Seasons restaurant in the hotel is no longer operating (except to serve the breakfast buffet).

Breakfast was good
The one thing that was upsetting was that we had to pay $500 deposit because I only had a visa debit and debit Mastercard. I think this was way too high. Especially when we are repeat customers. We were lucky we had that much extra to put for a deposit. Usually standard deposit is maybe $200.
Other than that our stay was very nice. Thank you for having us!
