The rooms were okay and clean but I was appalled by the behaviour of the front desk staff. We arrived and ‘George’ was not very friendly to his coworker, I didn’t catch her name. They were having some type of discussion about something she did wrong. Instead of stopping the conversation to assist us, she asked for my ID and they kept arguing about it. Neither of them were professional but he was berating her with ‘do I have to train you all over again’ or ‘what did you do wrong now’. Both parties were not good.
Location
The bar closed too early and they never advise you. I got locked out and lost $40 on my vlt machine

Spacious and clean rooms. Having a microwave is nice. The restaurant on site is convenient and really good food.
The bathroom does not have a fan.
From check in with Shirsta to check out with Alisha, this hotel stay was very good. Everything was clean and pleasant. Supper was very good. Hotel and Restaurant Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at Cedar Park Inn again.
Great place but very expensive. Breakfast was outrageously excellent. Breakfast staff very very friendly.
Very friendly and helpful staff (Alisha at the front desk) went above and beyond. Upgraded room. Close to hospitals. Very clean and large rooms. Excellent stay. Will definitely come back !
I had a great stay at the hotel. The service was fantastic, especially from Jaspreet at the reception. She was so kind, welcoming, and went out of her way to help. The hotel itself was really nice too—clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
A great stay and friendly staff we enjoyed the food too
Jaspreet Kaur helped me out and got me in sooner than expected and upgraded my room
This is a nice hotel. Very tidy and clean and welcoming. The staff is great. I was even the guest of the day which came with extras including a room upgrade! It surprised us and was a really nice touch especially the snacks in the room. Bed was comfortable and the pillows too
Can hear Calgary trail noise on the side of the building that faces that road. That's it though and still worth the stay!
Bed are comfortable. Location is great.
Honestly, the only positive point was the kitchen staff at breakfast, who were warm and kind despite the overall situation.
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The service was extremely poor from the moment we arrived. We were received by a trainee who clearly did not know basic front-desk protocols. She did not even check the messages already sent regarding early check-in and immediately started the conversation by saying we would have to pay for early check-in, without listening or verifying anything.
Her supervisor, George, was also very unprofessional, unpleasant, and dismissive. There was a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality from the front desk team.
The room was in a catastrophic condition. The bathroom was dirty, body wash and hand soap were empty, and cleanliness standards were clearly not respected. The bunk bed was unsafe: the ladder was loose, the screws were not properly fixed, and my child almost fell. If I had not noticed in time, he could have seriously injured his hand.
Breakfast was a disaster. Very poor quality coffee, extremely limited choices, no fruits, and overall a very disappointing breakfast considering the price of the hotel. Again, the kitchen staff were the only people who showed warmth and professionalism.
For the price paid, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. I do not recommend it at all, even for one night. I will never return to this hotel, ever.
If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay, go elsewhere. This hotel is a disaster and will likely be one of the worst stays you can experience.
An overpriced hotel with terrible service, unsafe rooms, poor cleanliness, and no sense of hospitality — absolutely not recommended.
