Exactly what I was looking for
Pros:

This is a nice hotel. Very tidy and clean and welcoming. The staff is great. I was even the guest of the day which came with extras including a room upgrade! It surprised us and was a really nice touch especially the snacks in the room. Bed was comfortable and the pillows too

Cons:

Can hear Calgary trail noise on the side of the building that faces that road. That's it though and still worth the stay!

overpriced hotel with terrible service, unsafe rooms, poor cleanliness, and no sense of hospitality.

Honestly, the only positive point was the kitchen staff at breakfast, who were warm and kind despite the overall situation.

Cons:

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The service was extremely poor from the moment we arrived. We were received by a trainee who clearly did not know basic front-desk protocols. She did not even check the messages already sent regarding early check-in and immediately started the conversation by saying we would have to pay for early check-in, without listening or verifying anything.

Her supervisor, George, was also very unprofessional, unpleasant, and dismissive. There was a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality from the front desk team.

The room was in a catastrophic condition. The bathroom was dirty, body wash and hand soap were empty, and cleanliness standards were clearly not respected. The bunk bed was unsafe: the ladder was loose, the screws were not properly fixed, and my child almost fell. If I had not noticed in time, he could have seriously injured his hand.

Breakfast was a disaster. Very poor quality coffee, extremely limited choices, no fruits, and overall a very disappointing breakfast considering the price of the hotel. Again, the kitchen staff were the only people who showed warmth and professionalism.

For the price paid, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. I do not recommend it at all, even for one night. I will never return to this hotel, ever.

If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay, go elsewhere. This hotel is a disaster and will likely be one of the worst stays you can experience.

An overpriced hotel with terrible service, unsafe rooms, poor cleanliness, and no sense of hospitality — absolutely not recommended.

Happy anniversary staycation
Pros:

Had a little staycation for our anniversary. Lucky for us we were the guests of the day so got an upgrade into a jacuzzi suite. The bed was super soft and so comfy. The shower was awesome. I'd go back just for that. Breakfast was good. Fresh eggs, sausages great bran muffins.
A great stay thanks to George at the front desk for helping us checking.

Customer service great, maintenance service not good
Pros:

The customer service was really good. Elena was really nice and helped me get checked in to my room. However my room, the bathroom the curtain hanger was broken and is temporarily fixed. Need to have it properly fixed before the guest comes in.

Fine Hotel but Ask if Sports team arriving...theyre very noisy!
Pros:

Room nicely decorated bed comfy pillows n covers very nice. Staff very nice. Breakfast pretty good, had eggs meat bread juice..room door closers NEED sound silencers on latches n door edges as u can hear doors slamming all the time! Mgr had to come upstairs to elevator waiting area to tell a group of sports teams to BE QUIET and go back to their rooms! Parents let kids run and yell in corridors! VERY annoying!

Cons:

Ac heat unit wasnt working so guy brought us a heater worked fine. Then later they fixed the heater then it was too warm so we just opened the window. It was ok.

Had nice stay minus the water issue due to another visitor.
Pros:

The welcome staff was friendly and outgoing.

Cons:

The bed was lumpy, it sounded like there was water trickling through the walls. It was loud due to the location of the room facing the Main Street. The water issue (which was explained to us at check in) was handled very well, and it was to be down from 11:00am to 2:00pm. When we returned to our room around 9:30pm, the shower was working (though there were small bits of black in the water), but the tap was still not properly. Not sure if I’d stay again to be honest.

Overall the stay was good but the building definitely needs some improvement with the water and AC
Pros:

The restaurant and bar was good. I would say it’s was overpriced for the quality of food. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The AC was really loud and seems like it didn’t work as we had the room set to 18° and it wouldn’t budge from 24° which made it uncomfortable to sleep especially with the loud AC. The water smelt like eggs in the sink and shower so that was a little gross.
