Everything was very good thanks
Staff were fantastically helpful, pool lovely and quiet.
Not much! Had run out of bacon at breakfast
It had 2 beds and a working tv
People were smoking
It was dirty
It was tired looking and the floors everywhere need a steam clean
Extremely poor room allocation - we were put directly above a wedding disco (in a family room, with two kids). Floor was shaking and toilet was vibrating, no sleep for anyone until well after midnight.
Burn marks on carpet, chair in room was broken.
Stank of smoke.
Spa/pool was filthy, lockers in changing rooms broken.
Hotel was easy to get too.Quite close to the city centre. The garden looked well kept & tidy
When we arrived we were sitting in the bar area and we saw a mouse run from under one of the sofas. We only had one lamp on one bedside table. A light over the bath was out.Limited breakfast.Drinks were expensive at the bar. The hangers in the wardrobe wouldn't our keep the clothes. The room was cold even the heating was on.

Review for Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel & Spa ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My husband and I recently returned for another stay at the Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel & Spa, and we are so pleased that we did. The hotel very kindly invited us back, and we were grateful for the opportunity to enjoy another visit.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome we received was warm, genuine, and very reassuring. It was a pleasure to meet Clive and Denise in person, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. Clive, Denise, and the entire team clearly care deeply about their guests and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.
During our stay the hotel was hosting a wonderful charity event raising funds for Dementia UK. It was inspiring to see the staff working together with such dedication and enthusiasm as they completed an incredible 300 km challenge. We were delighted to support their efforts and were so pleased to hear that the team successfully raised over £4,000 for such a meaningful cause. The atmosphere in the hotel that evening was full of positivity and community spirit.
The hotel itself offers a welcoming and relaxing environment, and the staff throughout were friendly, attentive, and helpful. It really felt like everyone was making a genuine effort to ensure guests had a pleasant and memorable stay.
The location is also excellent for exploring the beautiful Cheshire countryside. While we were there, we visited the nearby Cotebrook Shire Horse Centre, which was a fantastic day out. Thankfully the weather stayed lovely for us, making the visit even more enjoyable.
What impressed us most was the genuine care and attention shown throughout our stay. That level of customer service is something we truly appreciate and it speaks volumes about the dedication of the management and staff.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Clive, Denise and the entire team for their kindness and hospitality. We left feeling valued and very well looked after, and we would not hesitate to return again in the future.
Warmest thanks,
Mr and Mrs Talbot
