not good enough
Pros:

It was Clean

The Conveyor belt toaster worked as it should!!

Cons:

Wi-Fi Didnt work and so couldnt do Work that evening as planned untill it came on much later.

Ordered room service and wanted immidiate payment and even came to my room with card reader.

Only 2 Plug sockets in room so only one spare if TV on.

Room was v large but cold with only one radiator that I couldn't regulate.

Odd Smell of Tomato soup in other half of hotel when they tried to change my room in search of illusive wifi

Breakfast crockery was dirty

Quality of Breakfast was poor with everything dried out and tasted Cheap.....because it was.

It was ok for the price.
Pros:

Location and price. The barman was very helpful.

Cons:

They did not answer 5 of my messages. On arrival they had no idea we needed a cot despite booking a room with one. We had to go back to ask again for a cot. It was eventually provided. The other guests were very noisy with children running up and down corridors .

Pros:

Without Steves humour to bring cheer in the bar the place would be closed down.

Cons:

The place needs a good renovation. Has potential if renovated. Photos do not represent hotel at all. Complete misrepresentation of the actual place. Cleanlinesss could be drastically improved.

Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff. We enjoyed using the pool.

Cons:

Outside was very unkept and not very inviting. We thought the building was derelict when we arrived. Inside needs updating although very clean and tidy, just needs a facelift.

Disappoint
Pros:

Location

Cons:

No hot water from the sink, the room (n.63) heater wasn't working, or maybe it was but the regulator knob was broken, breakfast could be better and have more variety considering the price per night, walking through the corridors we saw the cleaning ladies with the washed sheets on the floor (making us consider the level of cleanliness).

Great staff, good food, good spa area, plenty of parking
Pros:

Staff are great. I like the pool, sauna and gym area. Showers good in the spa area. Food is also good. Great sea bass here and nice restaurant staff. Plenty of parking available.

Cons:

Gym and pool close at 8pm.
Toilet smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Radiator needing a dust, put trousers over it only to be covered in dust. Pillows very flat.
