Nothing. OK, the free breakfast wasn't bad.
1) The place is NOT a hotel. It is a dirty motel.
2) Front curtains did not cover the window. We have photo
3) Visitors were loud and unruly
4) There were several cockroaches outside of the Cafe. We have photos.
5) BOTH of our door access cards were deleted on 2nd day. We had to walk ALL the way up to the office (a different building all together) to get new cards.
6) Upon learning that Best Western hotels are individually owned & operated, I will pass on staying at any BWH again.

It was on the north side so it was calm thats one good thing
House keeping has no respect whatsoever, got walked in on 3 times hours before my check out time, no warning or knock on my door before hand. Had to call front desk to complain. Unacceptable since i was staying with my girlfriend and the first time they walked straight in my room while we where sleeping. Horrible service

Located really next to In N Out, it’s also right next to a neighborhood so it feels safer than it probably is. Facility was very clean no bugs. I checked in with a dog and they accidentally booked me in the nicer room that has a bathtub in the main bedroom so that that’s a plus.
When I checked out, the desk employee told me that “for future reference dogs aren’t allowed in that room” he was pretty rude about it, but it was actually their fault that they booked me in that room. There’s also a drug addicts running around at night.
Breakfast was decent. Mattress was comfortable. Beds were clean.
We stayed in a BEST Western in Pecos,Tx and had a REALLY GREAT experience, so we thought this would be similar. We booked from the road. Shower grout was moldy. Fridge was dirty inside. It was somewhat grungy in general. Some of the handles and things were not well attached. Its just an old facility. Not all Best Westerns are created equal.

The bar services were good the barista was so nice I enjoyed my drink by the pool , pool was nice and Jaquzzi was nice but dirty , liked the apartment style of the room.
Room was dirty at check in .some ones old sock was still under the bed and the jacuzzi in the room was dirty with hair. We used microwave one time and it stopped working which was super inconvenient we had to to walk all the way to the front to pop our popcorn.
