Bad hotel!
We stayed one night in this hotel, and it was definitely a nightmare.
The rooms are big but very old, with a general smell of mold. Not clean at all, the bathroom is full of mold, my husband woke up in the morning full of bites...
One of the colleagues who stayed with us in another room, forgot his credit card. And whoever found it, took it and even used it, instead of returning it to the hotel reception.
Overall it was an absolutely terrible experience!
I am very familiar with the location previously as an inn suites and the conditions were a lot better then and I say this it's being a contractor that worked on the building during inn suites run. Drywall joints not finished countertops not mounted properly, unfinished surfaces. The fact that it's a Best Western and my aunt is a fanatic about Best Westerns so I have stated very many of them all over this is nowhere near the standard of a Best Western.

The gal at the desk charged me twice for incidentals and didn't apologize.
I always stayed here i requested a non smoking room it’s smelled I let front desk know I didn’t want to move to another room I was exhausted the floors in the bathroom were dirty not the best place to rest
Breakfast was great. Room was clean.
The room is very worn out and dark. I will probably search for a more updated room next time.
It has a good location but it felt more like a motel. It wasn't very clean. The shower had mold.

Our room was a great size
The entire place was grungy and old. Our room had access to the toilet and bathtub by the kitchenette. We had to walk to the sink (area in our bedroom) to wash our hands afterwards. The breakfast area was way too small for the number of people. The outside walkways and stairs could use some steam cleaning.
Whenever we are in Tucson we stay at this hotel but we have noticed that the building itself is kind of collapsing and theres no attention to detail, floors are fairly dirty but the staff is awesome.
We are considering whether we should stay at this hotel or not on our next visit
