Pros:

Pues bien como siempre… solo que faltaron cosas… y nos dieron un habitación muy adentro y se me dificultó caminar hasta allá con las maletas y bolsas …ojalá para una próxima visita nos toque más accesible y en la parte de abajo

Helpful and friendly staff leveled up this short vacation for us!
Pros:

The staff was extremely accommodating when we needed to move rooms even though they were booked for the night. We want to give a shoutout to Ronald Young for working to make that happen for us! He seemed as pleased as we were that he could do that for us! Our room had a kitchen and Jacuzzi and was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen didn't have any plates, utensils, or cookware, but we were able to grab a couple of things from the store across the street, so it worked out anyway

Perfect place to stay.
Pros:

This place was absolutely amazing. It was close to many stores, the mall and restaurants. Pet friendly, so that was another plus. Staff was amazing and very helpful, when we needed to extend our stay for another day.

Cons:

The room was nothing like what the reviews explained. I paid for the Jacuzzi suite and apparently that means you get the noisiest spot in the hotel even though its the more expensive rooms. The jacuzzi definitely isn't up to par what so ever. Place is maybe a 2 star at best.
