Volé par le personnel mais l’hôtel ne veut pas le reconnaître, faute de preuve.

Emplacement par rapport à notre événement .

Cons:

La plupart du personnel ne parle pas les 2 langues principales en Belgique… on m’a volé 2 vestes et ils prétendent qu’ils n’ont rien trouvé dans la chambre … qqs heures plus tard. Les vestes ont donc dû disparaître par magie. Etant assureur , je connais la difficulté d’apporter la preuve d’un élément volé lorsqu’il n’y a pas d’effraction. Petit déjeuner trop cher pour le choix.

Op zich redelijk, maar vraag mij af of ik hier terug kom.
Pros:

Kamer in het algemeen oké.
De jongeman bij de receptie was zeer behulpzaam, echter, mijn klacht over een eerder verblijf is niet opgelost.

Cons:

De meerderheid van wandcontactdozen hadden geen spanning, bedlamp defect.
Op de tweede dag heb ik geen schone handdoek gekregen, en is de koffie niet aangevuld.
De dame in de Eat Mrkt wilde 50 euro rekenen voor twee simpele ontbijtjes.

Ontbijt heeft belachelijke regels!

Prima Hotel aardig personeel

Cons:

Neem hier geen ontbijt voor c.a €26! Hier moet je €9 bijbetalen voor notabene een spiegelei omdat dat a la carte zou zijn!
Compleet Belachelijk als je het mij vraagt!
Heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt!
