Cons:

Pros:

Fantastic staff & lovely rooftop bar/restaurant! Views both sides of the hotel & close to bars, bakeries & gyros!

Cons:

Road noise if staying at front of the hotel, unfortunate drain placement can't be helped. Temperature in room was very hot, couldn't reduce. Travelled in Feb, take lip balm & earplugs & enjoy a crowdless Acropolis!

Best city in Europe for me. Fat cats tell you a lot about the empathy of the local people.
Pros:

View was to the back of the hotel but it was quiet. The view from breakfast was breathtaking. Room had a balcony and it was nice to go out. Location was next to the Pantheon so this too was really nice for me. Hotel is located in the center so it was close to everything. Will come again.

100% recommended, don't hesitate to book!
Pros:

This hotel was recommended to us by friends hwo had stayed there and it was a home run for us as well. The location can't be beat (so close to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum), close to a metro stop (Acropolis stop), bus stops, close to the famous Plaka neighborhood, etc. We were there in the off season (February) and the price was good which included a varied and plentiful breakfast.
The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop where breakfast is served was truly amazing. We also had drinks there one evening, seeing it lit up at night was also spectacular, it really made the hotel stand out, that view!
Staff were all helpful, room was clean. We had a small balcony that faced the back (not the main road on which the hotel is located) so it was fairly quiet.
We had them call us a taxi to go back to the airport (tip - while it's a flat rate of 40 EUR normally, if the hotel calls the flat rate is 46).
There is a good sized lobby with plenty of places to sit and a TV so if you have others in your party it's easy to meet downstairs.

Cons:

A fan in the bathroom would be nice and as always more hooks for towels, especially if you don't want fresh towels each day.
A couple of chairs on the balcony would have been appreciated, the weather was fantastic and we would have enjoyed sitting out there.
It would have been helpful to have a place to work. I think the breakfast area could have been used possibly at other times of the day but in the morning, it's set up for breakfast so the tables are not available. And in the lobby, there are no tables...of course you could just have your computer on your lap but just a table or two would have been helpful when my husband was sleeping and I needed to do some work.
