We stayed here for one night for my birthday especially for the surreal view of the Zeus temple from our window! Wow! Staff were very friendly and helpful and located close to some great vegan restaurants.
We wish there was more vegan options for breakfast.

Conveniently located, helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean room/well stocked, easy check in, super close to shopping, restaurants and the Acropolis.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great, just a short walk from the Acropolis and many of the main sights. The rooftop restaurant has a lovely view of the Acropolis and is a nice spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Perfect Location with Spectacular Views
The Athens Gate Hotel has the perfect location, within walking distance of the Acropolis and surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. The rooftop bar is a highlight, offering some of the best and most spectacular views of Athens. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

The tiny old lifts
Amé este lugar. Las vistas son realmente increíbles y el desayuno es excelente, súper completo y de lo mejor de la estadía.
Lo único que le falta es una piscina. Si tuviera pileta, sinceramente creo que sería uno de los mejores alojamientos de Atenas.
El staff también fue increíble: todos súper amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Me enamoré de Atenas y, sin dudas, gran parte de lo linda que fue mi experiencia en la ciudad fue gracias a haberme alojado acá. Definitivamente volvería.
