Läget. Frukosten. Bra personal.

Cons:

Stekhett på rummet. Ingen ac. Kunde inte öppna några fönster för handtagen var borttagna. Golvfläkten ranglig och lät som en höfläkt. Det gick inte att sova.

Pros:

Vi bodde här i 6 nätter. Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge, särskilt om du vill kunna handla mat eller promenera på kvällen. Det finns en mataffär som har öppet till kl. 23.00 och torget är trevligt med mycket folk.
Frukosten är bra, även om utbudet inte är så stort. Det som verkligen sticker ut är personalen i frukosten – de är mycket trevliga, håller rent och snyggt, plockar undan tallrikar direkt och ser till att allt är fräscht. Stort beröm till dem.
Receptionens personal var också trevlig och hjälpsam.

Cons:

Tyvärr levde städningen av rummet inte upp till samma nivå. Särskilt badrummet var inte ordentligt städat. När vi påpekade detta lovades vi städning nästa dag, men den uteblev. Först efter att vi återigen tog kontakt med receptionen fick vi hjälp av en annan medarbetare som såg till att rummet städades.
Rummet var ganska varmt. Det finns AC, men den är svag, och ventilationen kunde vara bättre. Det fanns en golvfläkt på rummet som hjälpte en del. Är du känslig för värme kan detta vara bra att känna till innan du bokar.
Sammanfattningsvis är hotellets största styrkor läget och den mycket trevliga personalen. Om städningen och ventilationen förbättras skulle upplevelsen bli betydligt bättre.
