New Interactive Kids' Pool and Kids' Club - Unmatched Fun and Safety:
We recognize the importance of catering to families and providing engaging experiences for
children of all ages. Hence, we are thrilled to introduce a state-of-the-art interactive kids' pool and
kids' club that will be a highlight for families visiting our resort.
The new interactive kids' pool will feature exciting water play elements, age-appropriate water
slides, and innovative water features that will keep the young ones entertained for hours.
Moreover, our kids' club will be a vibrant and safe space where children can participate in various
activities, make new friends, and create cherished memories during their stay.
This new area for kids will be located on the Lagoon side, and will not affect the stay of our mutual
clients during the construction.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

During our stay the resort was clean, most staff were friendly, the food was good and the resort had good entertainment. My favorite part of my stay was when I was at the pool bar called kuku’s bar. I reserved a beach bed there and there was a staff member named Ulysis. He was very nice and he would bring our drinks while we were on the beach. He was the nicest staff I had out of the others in the resort. He made my beach time more comfortable ensuring we had towels and enough drinks! Overall, I recommend.
We had a really great time at Wyndham Grand Cancun. The food was really good, the entertainment was awesome and the service was exceptional. We especially really enjoyed the service we got from Ulises on the beach. He was always smiling, very nice and attentive to our needs every time we seen him on the beach. We look forward to returning and seeing Ulises again. All in all a great experience for our family.

Noe, Victor, and Armando were fabulous for breakfast service. The service was great and the view was perfect. My family of 7 ate here every morning and just loved our breakfast time!!!
The salad bar and soup were so good. The singers were really good and not too loud.

Marcia, head of the spa, is absolutely awesome. Very personable and helped us find a spa treatment that fit our budget.
I keep coming back year after year for the past 13 years because the staff is so awesome. It’s the same people every year, they remember you and take care of you. This is my Happy Place.
Great restaurant! The food was excellent as was the atmosphere. Oliver ( our waiter) was excellent and very knowledgeable. Best dinner we’ve had on the resort so far. Highly recommend. Sergio was also quite helpful.

Ramon is the best at breakfast in la vista. Andrea makes the best lattes at the coffee bar. At lunch, we went to the viva Mexico restaurant for tacos and Jennifer served it up. Ulises made our trip extra special by serving up Caipirinha‘s on the beach. At night time in la Paloma, ask for Alexis at dinner, because he is awesome.
The drinks are awesome! The food is okay. Some things are better than others, but there is something for everyone at la Paloma buffet. We never used room service- there is a $5 delivery charge. We were not able to get a reservation to the steakhouse during our stay. We did not try the sushi bar. The piña colada grill has better lunch menu than dinner, but we did see a turtle on the beach one night. All menus are available in the Wyndham grand app ahead of time.
The room is nice enough. My boyfriend enjoyed it, but they only clean every other day. They also only had a two queen bed room available instead of the king bed that I requested. The view was beautiful though. They said the fridge would be restocked everyday, but we only had it stocked once or twice in our week long stay. As someone who uses a lot of water bottles, this was annoying.
The time share people are relentless. The first day, my boyfriend was polite and said we’d discuss in private later the offered coupons we’d receive in compensation for attending the 90 minute meeting. We were stopped three other times and called twice on the phone the next morning. They eventually let up halfway through the trip.
The beach is awesome. There was at least one palapa available for us everyday. We were here June 13-20 and the sargassum was not bad at all. The waves were crazy, but the lifeguards were awesome and friendly. They even gave tips on seashell hunting.
Overall we had a pretty good time besides a couple minor things. The service is really what makes the Wyndham so awesome. Everyone is so incredibly friendly. They are even willing to help you practice your Spanish or they understand English if needed.
Ranmo and floriberto were great servers that attended to your every needs. Very friendly and attentive.

My family and I had a fabulous vacation in Cancun last week Victor, Enrique, Antonio and Antonio and Ulysses were all fabulous. We really enjoyed our trip. We can’t wait to return five stars.
Staff very friendly and felt safe
Staff very friendly i would recommend for all the staff to get in a meeting about the restaurants when we want to order different types of food when traveling with kids we took about 15 min trying to order for our kids more variety of food in the buffet during dinner time for the kids also the resort was so pricey their are better hotels this one felt like a motel 6
Loved the jacuzzi by the beach.
I didn't like that we couldn't get beach chairs at the main pool .... always occupied.
I went for a Spa treatment and a Classic manicure recommended by Marica. It was lovely, especially after jet lag and post honeymoon! I would strongly recommend it.
The customer service is amazing and nothing like have seen before. Victor at the main buffet was fantastic anticipating our every need in the buffet. Everything was so clean ans beautiful. If there is one the away from this trip is the staff will make u feel like royalty.
