New Interactive Kids' Pool and Kids' Club - Unmatched Fun and Safety:
We recognize the importance of catering to families and providing engaging experiences for
children of all ages. Hence, we are thrilled to introduce a state-of-the-art interactive kids' pool and
kids' club that will be a highlight for families visiting our resort.
The new interactive kids' pool will feature exciting water play elements, age-appropriate water
slides, and innovative water features that will keep the young ones entertained for hours.
Moreover, our kids' club will be a vibrant and safe space where children can participate in various
activities, make new friends, and create cherished memories during their stay.
This new area for kids will be located on the Lagoon side, and will not affect the stay of our mutual
clients during the construction.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We were upgraded to a condo for families and it was the best choice. Loved the access to the beach and facilities. Plenty of privacy and things to do.

Although the stay was okay and the food needed some work. The one that stood out to me was Victor! He was sooooo nice and always attentive to every detail. Remembers faces and makes the atmosphere a lovely place to be. We ate at the Piña a few times and it was lovely having him here.
We had Victor as our server and this guy was great. Super nice, helpful, and always attentive to our table. If you get him, you will be in great hands. Great experience!!!
Ive been coming here for years and every time i come back its like visiting family. Victor and Jorge have always treated me like family. Rosa is always a sweetheart. I cant wait to be back and see them again.

This restaurant is our favorite here at the resort. The food is so good, the view is beautiful and the staff are all so friendly. Sergio is so kind and makes you feel very welcome here and the rest of the staff are so attentive. 100% recommend
Sergio, Bredy and Enrique at La Vista were the best!! Their service was amazing. They really made us feel like family.

I absolutely love Wyndham Cancun! My family has been coming here for nearly 10 years as we are Vacation Club Members and it has never disappointed. The staff is basically family at this point (Francisco, Antonio, Bredy, Victor, Noe) just to name a few, are always so welcoming and kind in every way. From the greetings you get, the food that is served to you, the drinks that are handcrafted with love, and the hugs goodbye, it is always incredible. Kuku Jacuzzi Bar is our favorite spot to start the day with delicious beverages and a beautiful view of the water. The sushi bar never disappoints nor does the snacks from Viva. All of the restaurants are always tasty with the best menu options and meals crafted to satisfy. At night, there’s always something fun to see whether it’s a show in the ballroom, karaoke in the lounge, or the liveliness of the people in the resort. Although, my family likes to do a whole lot of nothing all week long, besides a trip to visit Marcia in the lovely spa, there’s also off site activities that you can participate in. Touring the Mayan Ruins, adventuring into town, swimming in sinkholes, with whale sharks, or sailing, you can truly never be bored. I would recommend Wyndham Grand Cancun for the rest of our days! Hope you enjoy like we have!
Francisco is hands down the BEST bartender at the Wyndham Grand Cancún! 🍹😂 He kept the drinks coming, always had a smile, and somehow remembered exactly what we liked.
BUT… apparently ordering water is a personal attack on Francisco. 😂 Every time I asked for water, I got some crap for it! Like sir, I’m just trying to survive your drinks! 🤣💀
He kept us laughing, took great care of us, and honestly made our vacation that much more fun. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and knows how to make people feel welcome.
If you’re staying at the Wyndham, go find Francisco—but don’t you dare ask him for water unless you’re ready for the commentary! 😂🍹💦

they were the best bartenders ever
everytime we came to the bar they had a drink ready for us, no matter what we said. appreciate those bartenders because they work there hardest to make us the best drinks!
The pools are very well maintained. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable.
The staff is very nice and friendly.
The food is ok. There is nowhere to eat lunch indoors which can be difficult when it is very hot or inclement weather.
Beware that you will asked if you want to be a member of their vacation club and there are specific areas just for club members.
The AC in your room cannot be adjusted.
Every day there are activities in the first pool with very loud music.
Room was clean, food was ok, but service was excellent. Very attentive and friendly staff. Kudos to Martin at the lobby bar, Janeth at beach bar, Sergio and all waiters at Italian (our favorite restaurant) and Jose Luis at breakfast and beach restaurant.
Only other additional comment is that children are allowed at the lobby bar and in the evening it is impossible to enjoy a drink in what is supposed to be an adult setting when children are running around playing. Maybe establishing hours when children are no longer allowed would be great. Other than that it was a good experience and would consider returning.
The Vista restaurant was an amazing spot! From the food to the live music, but what made it truly special was the staff. Sergio, Enrique, Alexis, Daniel and Gil made sure we were taken care of as soon as we walked in until we left. This restaurant was the best! Make sure to come hungry!
