kids' club that will be a highlight for families visiting our resort.
The new interactive kids' pool will feature exciting water play elements, age-appropriate water
slides, and innovative water features that will keep the young ones entertained for hours.
Moreover, our kids' club will be a vibrant and safe space where children can participate in various
activities, make new friends, and create cherished memories during their stay.
This new area for kids will be located on the Lagoon side, and will not affect the stay of our mutual
clients during the construction.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Connie was amazing helping out with our stay, and George was also great at the piña, Orlando at the bar, Moe at the Paloma ,Miguel at the sushi and Wilbert at the Cucus bar! That is the reason we continue coming here because you are treated like royalty the service is amazing all together.
In the lobby on wends night the staff went above and beyond. Elvia Manuel , Martin’s and Orlando all helped make my sisters. Law’s birthday special.
I have been to the Wyndham Grand several times with my family. This trip was with friends. We loved every minute. The staff immediately welcomed us like family. We were met by Nicolas who greets us with a smile. Roberto and Carlos Aguilar are so friendly and always hustle. Roberto helped make a friend’s birthday very special. We also love Oliver at the pool bar. He is kind and caring. The staff is exceptional.
The food was very good. We dined at every restaurant during our visit. Most of our days were spent by the beach but we did enjoy water aerobics with Jacko. Mister Danny does a nice job coordinating activities for the day. We went to the show each night too.
The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed.
My friends are already asking about the next trip. We are hoping to return soon to make more memories!
The stay was fantastic, the food delicious, and Julio made us feel so welcome, always happy to suggest a fantastic drink. Gabriela always made sure to get our order perfect, the two of them are fantastic.

Service was a nightmare, and the food was poor and repetitive day after day. For this price, I’d avoid this hotel and look for a better option nearby. After five days, we switched to the Kempinski and had an amazing stay.
We recommend eating at Las Palomas with Juan Carlos Garcia. He was always providing us with fresh and exciting drinks, and even surprised us with new cocktails every evening. The staff is what made this experience worthwhile and we definitely would re-visit this resort just to be with Juan Carlos.
We had a wonderful time at the Wyndham. The staff were excellent, friendly, and accommodating, especially Juan Carlos Garcia at the Paloma buffet. He made us feel special and at home during our whole stay. You're the best!
My waiter, Juan Carlos Garcia, at the Paloma Restaurant was just unforgettable. He is my lifelong friend now. He made me and my friends feel like family, and went above and beyond. I stayed for 7 days, and made many memories, but I will mostly remember my time with him. Thank you and God Bless you and your family, Juan Carlos.

Everything was good. The rooms were clean, there's used to be a but of foul smell in the bathroom, rest the room was tidy and the view was as promised. The food was okay for a day or two, but then eating exactly the same options every day during the stay was quite discouraging. The range of food was good no complaints there, it's just the variation should've been more considering lot of people stay for a week or so. Staff was great, from my late checkin at around 11 in the night to checkout, every staff member I met, they have been super great. No complaints there

This was our 8th time at the Wyndham Grand in Cancun. We keep going back for the exceptional service, accommodations and the best staff you will find anywhere. Our favorite restaurant is DaVinci and our favorite waiter there is Ivan. He goes above and beyond every moment we are in the restaurant. Our second favorite place is LaVista. The food there is not as good as DaVinci but is totally worth going. We do not like the Pina except for lunch. We love the sushi bar and it is always exceptional. The morning breakfast buffet cannot be beat with all the selections. Our favorite waiter there is Manases. He is absolutely one of my all time favorites. I did visit the spa and had a wonderful experience as well. We highly recommend going to this resort but we do think it is time to have a third location for dinner that is a sit down with exceptional food that is not Pina. The buffet nightly is good, but we prefer a true sit down. We will be going back to celebrate our anniversary again in a year so we are definitely happy we chose the Wyndham Grand.
We had an excellent hotel stay — everything was perfect from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire staff was very welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Ricardo and Armando, who truly went above and beyond and made our experience even better. They were exceptional, and we really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. All of the employees are hard workers. All go above and beyond. The reason for my 3 stars is 1- the food at the buffet was cold, for breakfast and dinner. Second- at the Italian restaurant, I felt that the employees catered to Americans- we are Hispanic and unfortunately, there was a difference on how we were treated.
The best part of this trip aside from the obvious (Sun, vacation etc) was the warm and friendly staff. Particularly, Everlynn and Samantha at the kids club! Our daughters were treated so well and spent every day doing activities- it made the trip that much better! Many thanks!
We arrived at the resort, it’s beautiful, they set you down and go over check in and their app. The first night of entertainment was lacking compared to the resorts we have stayed at previously, 2nd night of entertainment the Jersey Boys held in the lounge would have been fine, but lack of seating over crowding made it impossible, to really enjoy so we ended up going back to our room for the night, 3rd night of entertainment was excellent the tribute to Micheal Jackson, but with it not being a real stage it was hard for entire audience to see, and there were a few drunken crowd in the back that were loud and obnoxious that kept making it difficult to hear.
Our room is beautiful and for the review about having to hold the flush down it’s because they are eco friendly toilets. There is nothing wrong with them.
The food is good, make sure you make reservations for dinner at the restaurants, the choices on the buffets are limited because it’s not a massive buffet like other resorts.
The beach is lovely and they offer chairs it would be better if people had to use towel cards so they would have to turn towels in or be charged a fee, and wouldn’t be holding chairs on the beach all day.. frustrating.. make sure you get yours early..
They will try to sale you a time share.. we told them no.. we travel all over so we weren’t constantly harassed but we were asked a few times..
Staff are lovely and will do what they can for you.. I will update my review the longer we stay we still haven’t made up our mind if we would come back or not ..
Excellent resort. Lovely, clean, updated rooms, good food especially at the a la carte, great beach. The staff were kind and helpful. Our week was a great reset with no worries. Booked through Costco and the whole trip was seamless. Probably will return next year. Its a solid 4 1/2 Star.
