Pros:

1.訂兩間雙人房,訂房時有註明一間要兩小床,另一間則是一大床, 入住前三天飯店的櫃台打電話來確認, 也有再強調一次. 但實際到現場check in 後, 卻還是都給兩小床的房型.
2.16:00才能入住, 約14:00到飯店想先買船票, 卻被要求先付清房費, 不能先購買船票. 櫃台處理時間又很慢, 一來一往浪費很多時間.
3.安排入住一樓大廳櫃台旁的房間!! 住過那麼多飯店,第一次遇到房間在一樓大廳旁. 隔音又非常差, 大廳人來人往都聽得一清二楚, 非常影響休息.
4. 飯店的KTV室就在一樓, 其他客人一路唱到晚上21:45, 打電話去櫃台反映才說現在要去關了.
5. 園區庭院的環境維護得不錯, 早餐也很豐盛, 帶長輩在裡面逛逛後享用早餐, 才有稍稍彌補前日無法好好休息的缺點.

服務很親切
房間感覺整潔
床滿舒服的 但是枕頭對我來說不太舒服
隔音效果不太好 晚上很安靜沒感覺
隔天早上其他旅客在走廊說話.出門的聲音很清楚但整體來說算不錯了
