Wonderful! Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, very kind staff, everything was comfortable. Great water pressure in the rooms, comfy mattress, and air conditioning. They even gave us a small basket of snacks and water when we got there.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like!

I absolutely recommend it!!!
Pros:

Everything was great, very kind staff, the breakfast amazing and very tasty, the location in a quiet neighbourhood, 15-20’ away from the city center via tram, 10’ away from the basic museums via foot.

Cons:

The room was quite small, not that it was a huge of problem if you don’t have big luggages it’s okay.
The only problem was the pressure of the water in the shower, it was making it very hard for us to shower as it was taking soooooo long!

We loved the hotel, and would love to stay here again. Highlights are the staff and the breakfast!
Pros:

Amazing staff all around, and exceptional service when we requested additional services.
Safe and quiet area, with several tram connections just around the corner. Walking distance to many great redtaurants.

Cons:

The room was a little noisy, since it wasn't very soundproof in any direction.

Quiet, convenient location for a city break.
Pros:

Good location away from the tourist vortex. Very easy to get into the centre via tram, a pleasant walk to the museums. Quiet residential neighbourhood with shops and cafes.
The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed (fridge, kettle, hairdryer). There is free tea and coffee all day in the downstairs lounge. Staff are friendly and helpful. In mid-January, the price was reasonable.

Cons:

I'm not usually fussy about beds, but mine was very hard and I didn't sleep well. It was a relief to get back to my own bed.
