Comfortable stay but pricey at times
Pros:

Location is perfect, in the nice quarter of the city with all things to reach easily - cafes, transportation, various shops, bakeries...Very clean and green section. The hotel is an old, nicely restored building with character, clean and cozy, it faces a wide green boulevard with almost no traffic. The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and polite, everyone was very pleasant. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but guests are welcome to have complementary tea/coffee and fruit any time of the day.

Cons:

What we did not like was nothing about the facility itself, but about the price policies. We booked our room a month prior to our stay, paying 850 euros for 3 nights (with a Genius discount). This was the cheapest room we could get (12 square meters), without breakfast. When I checked the prices for this hotel just few days before our stay, we were shocked to discover that the room of our size was now about 150 euros a night including breakfast. It felt like a big rip off, and we could not do anything about it. The price changed not only on Booking.com, I compared prices also on the hotel's website - same story. I do not think we could have done anything different to escape this financial disaster, we thought that booking a month ahead would help saving. We still would like to stay in this hotel in the future if the price was fair.

Excellent stay at The Delphi
Pros:

Everyone at the Reception was super friendly and helpful. We loved the location and it was super easy to use the tram and get to the centre. Housekeeping Team ensured that our room was spotless, thank you.

Cons:

Property is wonderful may be a little renovation can help in future as the carpets were a bit dated.

Privilégiez des séjours courts.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très bon et personnel très agréable et disponible. L’emplacement est très facile d’accès depuis la gare et proche des grands centres d’interêt de la ville.

Cons:

Chambre bruyante, bruit important autant dehors que dans les chambres voisines (peut-être dû au numéro de chambre), pas de noir complet, aucune chaise/bureau pour s’assoir autre que dans le lit et beaucoup d’humidité dans la salle de bain.

Posizione con fermate del tram a pochi minuti a piedi e in centro in poche fermate.
Camera pulita con grandi finestre e letti comodi,
Possibilità di lasciare bagagli al sicuro all’arrivo e iniziare a visitare la città.
Macchinetta per bevande calde sempre a disposizione gratuitamente nella sala al piano terra con tavolini a e poltrone.
Reception con personale 24h.
Scale ripide ma con ascensore.
Pulizie camera giornaliero con cambio asciugamani.
Bottiglietta acqua e biscotti in camera all’arrivo, bollitore con tisane.
Bagno un po’ piccolo ma con grande doccia.
Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo senza finestre e con ventola di aspirazione non funzionante.
Mancanza di comodini e poche prese corrente.
Frigo bar in camera vuoto.
