Pros:

La situation est parfaite.le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien .
L'accueil, la jeune fille était agréable et serviable mais c'était la seule.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude ni le soir ni le matin et qd il fait -5° dehors ,impossible de se laver les cheveux, juste le minimum pour la douche.
La lumière de la sdb était cassée et à été réparée pdt notre séjour mais au bout de 2 jours.
Pour un grand lit nous avions 2 petites couettes.
Dommage que nos réclamation n'aient pas été entendues.
Une fuite d'eau de la douche du dessus,coulais dans la notre,la dalle du plafond avait été percée pour ne pas tomber et celle d'a côté menaçait ,elle de s'effondrer.

Keine Empfehlung. Für das Geld gibt es in Prag viel bessere Unterkünfte!

Die Lage war OK, da ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg bis in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Bereits beim Einchecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es morgens kein warmes Wasser gibt und wir daher nur abends duschen sollen. Allerdings war auch abends das Wasser nicht warm. Zwar wurde uns gesagt, dass dieses Problem ausschließlich die beiden Tage unseres Aufenthalts betreffe, doch der englische Erklärungstext beim Check-in wirkte derart einstudiert, dass wir davon ausgehen, dass dieses Problem häufiger auftritt und nicht nur an zwei Tagen.
Das war jedoch nicht das Schlimmste an dieser Unterkunft. Um 6 Uhr morgens wurden wir von einem starken Gestank geweckt, der nach verbranntem Fett roch und mehrere Stunden anhielt. Kleidung, Haare und Haut nahmen den Geruch an – alles hat danach gestunken. Offenbar gibt es ein Problem mit der Abluft, da Küchengerüche direkt in die Zimmer ziehen.
Zum Glück waren wir nur für zwei Übernachtungen dort. Bei einem Preis von 530 Euro für zwei Nächte stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in keiner Weise. Wir sind unausgeschlafen, gestresst und unangenehm riechend abgereist.

Pros:

O hotel é bem decorado e fica bem localizado, próximo a uma estação de bonde. O café da manhã é bom, mas nada espetacular.

Cons:

Em pleno inverno o aquecedor não funcionava - nem o da água e nem o do quarto. Isso é bem frustrante para um hotel que se referência como 4 estrelas.

Pros:

Bequeme und saubere Betten. Mini kühlschrank. Nespesso kaffeemaschine. Shampoo in der dusche/Badewanne. Sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück, was das Herz begehrt. Gute Verkehrsverbindungen. Lage direkt vor kinsky Park.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen Tag im hotel kaltes Wasser, was aber am nächsten Tag behoben wurde.

Velice příjemné ubytování za přívětivou cenu. Vynikající snídaně.

Awful! Freezing cold showers and unapologetic staff. Bad , cold food, tvs didn’t work
Pros:

No hot water, tv didn’t work, poor WiFi. No tables at breakfast and the ‘hot’ food was stone cold.
The rooms were big and the beds relatively comfy but this didn’t make up for the bad service and freezing cold showers for three days with absolutely zero s*ħ!ťs given by the staff. Avoid this place!

Está bien, pero no había agua caliente durante todos los días de la estancia. Y fuera estábamos a -6 grados

Cons:

No es admisible que con los precios que se manejan y en plenas Navidades a -6 grados en el exterior, no hayan sido capaces de arreglar la caldera para que hubiera agua caliente durante 5 dias. Solo sabían decir, lo sentimos. Nadie que diera la cara y nadie que solucionara el problema.
El resfriado que he cogido ha sido gordo.
Los empleados tampoco son simpáticos ni empaticos.

Horrible not worth the money or 4 stars
Pros:

Near tram station

Cons:

The rooms were very basic.. the bathroom doesn’t have hair dryer and the electrical outlet doesn’t work… the bed is too small and they don’t change the sheets.

The elevator was old and smelled. Also during the breakfast and mid day the hotel smells like cooking food and mix smells come together it is very bad.

Room service doesn’t exist and the phone in the room is out of service so you can’t call the front desk for any help.. you have to go to the front desk to seek help.. and sometimes the employees are asleep in the room behind (the guy).

Eine altehrwürdige Unterkunft in einer günstigen Lage zur Stadt.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Stadt war günstig. Wir haben gut geschlafen, die Betten waren bequem und groß. Das Hotel hat einen alten Charme.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist qualitativ etwas lieblos zusammengestellt, Saftkonzentrat aus dem Automaten z. B. oder auch die geringe Brotauswahl.
