Not a luxury stay
Pros:

Very disappointing- location is excellent but room was pretty average. Communal space very limited in the hotel, no facilities or outdoor space. Left to lug luggage up to the room, not like a 5* hotel experience but like a best western experience! Only saving grace is the price. Not a luxury stay

Excelente estadia. Um quarto espaçoso e muito confortáve. Óptimo serviço de limpeza.
Pequeno almoço óptimo. Variado e de qualidade.
A localização é excelente, situado no coração da cidade histórica, com acesso a pé a todos os.pontos de interesse, transportes públicos e restaurantes.
O restaurante do hotel é muito bom.

Bathrooms are open concept on some rooms, so there's not a lot of privacy if you're going with some who isn't your partner

Great location to explore Innsbruck. Good sized bathroom with very good shower.

Cons:

Space in the room was limited, no space really to place the luggage rack. Ideal for single occupancy.
