We will not go back.
Pros:

We usually go to ahotel by the river Inn where breakfast is included & we thought the breakfast was included at the Goldener. Breakfast was good, not better than at the hotel we use by the river. The price was very expensive, if we had known we would have had it at the hotel, It is ridicously expensive. The room was fine nothing special, the bed was far too big.

Cons:

We didnt like the food at the restaurant, I had schnitzel pork the pork was tender but lacked herbs & seasoning, the batter was heavy with butter.
My husband had some vegetable ( spinach & greens in starch ) balls, it had no taste.
The meals were not worth the money.

Very friendly, affordable, well maintained, perfect location hotel.
Pros:

I chose this hotel for it's medium price and walkability to trams and buses and shopping. It is a block away from the Golden Roof palace and just a few blocks from the Innsbruck Museum.

tutto perfetto e al di sopra delle aspettative
Pros:

ristorante ottimo, colazione varia e per tutti i gusti ( dolce o salato ), posizione invidiabile ( dalla nostra camera, molto silenziosa e spaziosa si vedeva la famosa casa dal tetto d'oro ); tutto il personale molto gentile, professionale e disponibile

Our stay was very nice despite the not so great weather. We would return another time.
Pros:

The Hotel location was very good and walkable to all we wanted to do. Breakfast offered a good selection and was happily served by staff. Our room was on the end of a hall and very quiet. We ate several evening meals there as well and they were very good. The dining room and bar areas were cozy and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Our view was not very interesting, but we were not in the room all that much.

At best a 3 Star hotel who relies on location to overcharge tourists.

No water in the room other than from faucet. When asked downstairs they charged me for a bottle they filled.
Staff.
Breakfast.
Our phone didn’t work, at all. What if there was an emergency.
No gym.

L'hotel est plein d'histoire, dans l'Altstadt. Tres bon restaurant aussi. Facile de promener tout autour, dans une centre-ville belle et historique.
