Per i non pretenziosi
Pros:

Hotel passabile per 1 o 2 notti se non si è pretenziosi.
Staff cortese, buona posizione per girare a piedi, comodo anche per raggiungere il centro fieristico RAI con il tram.
L'hotel ha una buona convenzione con un parcheggio APCOA a 500mt, ti dicono che con loro paghi 20€ al giorno, che in realtà sono 25€.

Cons:

Stanza e bagno abbastanza soffocanti, scale assassine. Prezzo non proprio economicissimo.
Tendina in camera rotta, fa niente.

Ho avuto modo di visitare la struttura in una precedente occasione. Ho riscontrato un elevato livello di cortesia, pulizia e ordine nelle sistemazioni. La posizione è inoltre da considerarsi ottimale.

Pros:

Struttura situata in una zona comoda, con rent, supermercato, e tanti altri servizi vicini

Cons:

Stanza con bagno piccolissimo, pulizia giornaliera della camera scarsa.

Die Lage war ok.

Cons:

Hotel komplett eingerüstet. Wir konnten aus den Fenster nur die Plastikplane sehen, statt den Kanal, wie geplant. Sehr schlechte Ausstattung, Badezimmer-Schiebetür defekt, Betten waren nur dünne Matratzen auf einem Sockel. Personal, wir haben unsere Zimmerkarte bekommen, das wars. Treppen im Hotel haben sehr schmale Stufen und es war ziemlich gefährlich den Koffer hoch zu tragen.
Sehr dreckig in den Ecken.
