Clean, comfortable and capable staff. It seemed that everyone, everywhere spoke excellent English.
Pros:

Room was very clean. Daily cleaning was optional as a conservation measure although it also reduces the hotel's costs.
Staff were always polite and very helpful.
A 20 minute walk from the central railway station and comfortable walks to other locations of interest was well worth the accommodation savings.
Abundance of restaurants just short walks away. Some you needed a reservation to get in.

Cons:

The shower was quite small. It was not possible to bend over. However there was plenty of hot water.
Breakfast - juice, yogurt, croissant, a piece of fresh fruit (apple or banana) ,tea and coffee became repetitive after a week.
