Pros:

Lovely stay, staff were great and loved the facilities in the reception/bar area. Beds were really comfortable, shower was great. The location of the hotel is great!

Cons:

The decor in the rooms is a bit outdated but clean enough.

Beautiful lobby, handy location, basic bedrooms
Pros:

The lobby/common area is beautiful. The complimentary coffee and wine hour are great. A beautiful historic building. Handy for the meatpacking district and train station!

Cons:

Echoing many of the other reviewers to say it feels like all the effort has gone into the lobby/common areas. The room itself felt quite basic. Overall, perfectly fine for a city stay but a bit of a let down after the check in process!

Beliggenheten. Veldig bra . Alt i nærheten .

Cons:

At de tar pengene (20dkk) for et glass ! ( ikke flaske) vann. Da vi skulle check-in kom jeg litt trøtt fra byen. Spurte om et glass vann . (Resepsjon og bar er i ett. ) Fikk beskjed at det koster 20 dkk.

Good location, enviting, friendly staff, quiet hotel

Cons:

No tea or coffee making in the room, low uncomfortable bed, awful pillows. Tricky bathroom for a longer stay, ok for one or two nights

Lå dejligt centralt

Cons:

Lad være med at booke med morgenmad, det er spild af penge. Tørt brød, umoden frugt og kold kaffe.
Og så kunne man måske lige have nævnt at de var igang med at renovere på ydersiden af hotellet, lige ind mod værelset.

Överlag ett okej boende men högt pris för en natt och slitna och lyhörda rum.
Pros:

Läget var bra, 8 minuter gång från centralstationen. Personalen var hur trevlig som helst, stort plus.

Cons:

Rummet var väldigt slitet, inget som liknade det som bilderna på Booking visade och man hörde personer rummen bredvid och personer i korridoren väldigt tydligt. Det var också ganska kyligt i rummet. På natten kunde man höra telefonen vibrera i rummet bredvid. Det fanns öronproppar till förfogande men inget som jag önskar behöva ha för att kunna få en godnattssömn. Den frukost vi fick motsvarade inte det beloppet som vi betalade frukosten för. Väldigt liten och lätt frukost.
