Good location, but pretty basic rooms
Pros:

Good location in relation to the centre

Cons:

Though the lobby and bar were very modern and nice, the rooms did not match this standard. They were quite small, smelled musty and were pretty basic for the price we were paying. Also slightly turned off by the staff telling us we were not allowed to eat some pastries we had brought on the premises. Considering we had booked out multiple rooms for multiple nights this came across as rude.

2nd time we stayed in the Savoy and would definitely recommend and return.
Pros:

Love the central location.
It’s quirky and homely. Feels traditionally Danish and not corporate or like a chain

Struttura carina e abbastanza pulita.

Cons:

La sera quando sono tornata in albergo ho trovato la porta della camera aperta… e quando ho riferito il fatto alla reception non sembravano molto dispiaciuti per l’accaduto.

Easy location but rooms need work
Pros:

Location is decent & staff friendly.

Cons:

Something needs to be done about the drains. Every time we got back to the room it smelt like a sewer. Tried covering with a towel but that did nothing

It was a pleasant enough stay.
Pros:

Location was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was very small and when we asked it to be delivered to our room, we didn't get a spoon for the yoghurt which was very sad.

Great location, great staff, warm cozy lovely hotel in the middle of Copenhagen.
Pros:

Loved the hotel. Location is perfect. It is walking distance to most city attractions and it is located on a street with many restaurants/bars around. Staff was great, very warm and friendly welcome, they answered all my questions and offered suggestions for what to do around the city. Also, they offer a glass of wine free of charge every day at 5pm to add on their hospitality. The main lounge area/bar was very cosy I loved the decoration. Room was clean and sufficient.

Cons:

Rooms are really small. The bathroom has the sink shower toilet almost next to each other. If this is something that will bother you then it may be a problem. It is not unbearable though.

There was no prior warning to the construction that took place directly outside our window. Had I know that I would be waking up at 7 am every morning, I would have reconsidered my stay.

Disappointing
Pros:

Nice bar and reception area. Staff on hand. Felt safe and secure and was clean enough. Ideal location.

Cons:

Rooms were a lot smaller than anticipated, with a extremely small shower. Bathroom wouldn't ventilate properly so steam and moisture stayed inside for hours and made the bedroom quite stuffy. No teas or coffee on offer in room and the lighting was quite dim. Decor was very dated and we had to ask for fresh towels. Was woken up before 7.30am one morning due to (presumably) maintenance works outside the building and someone walking on scaffolding directly outside our window.

Pros:

Staff was great, the room was clean and cleaning was available every day. The location was good if you're fine with walking 750-800 m to the metro station. There are nice restaurants on 10 minute walking distance.

Cons:

The breakfast was, at least to say, modest and so not worth paying (too limited both in quality and quantity). The room was unexpectedly small and there was no storage space (so stuff made room even smaller).
