Tolles Familienkonzept mit viel Potenzial – für den hohen Preis leider deutliche Schwächen bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltun
Pros:

Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Familienhotel mit einem tollen Konzept und vielen Angeboten für Kinder. Badebereich und Außenanlagen waren schön und gepflegt. Das Essen war lecker, abwechslungsreich und familiengerecht. Die meisten Mitarbeiter haben wir als sehr freundlich und herzlich im Umgang mit unseren Kindern erlebt.

Cons:

Leider passten Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung für uns nicht zum hohen Preisniveau. Bei Ankunft fanden wir fremde schwarze Haare in Bad, Dusche und Wohnbereich. Geschirr, Becher und Besteck waren mehrfach nicht richtig sauber. Der Fenstergriff lag bereits bei Ankunft lose auf dem Boden und fiel immer wieder heraus. Trotz dreimaliger Meldung wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Auch einige Kinderfahrzeuge waren beschädigt. Einzelne Mitarbeiter in der Kinderbetreuung erlebten wir zudem als recht ruppig und gereizt.

Besonders belastend: Nach vier Tagen erkrankte zunächst eine Tochter an Magen-Darm, anschließend unsere zweite Tochter sehr schwer und schließlich auch ich, sodass wir den Urlaub vorzeitig abbrechen mussten. Das Hotel teilte uns auf Nachfrage mit, dass keine weiteren Fälle bekannt seien. Über Instagram meldeten sich anschließend jedoch ehemalige Gäste bei mir, die von ähnlichen Erkrankungen rund um ihren Aufenthalt in der Vorwoche und Berichten weiterer Gäste erzählten. Ob ein Zusammenhang besteht, können wir natürlich nicht beurteilen. Wir hätten uns angesichts dessen aber eine transparentere Kommunikation und verstärkte Hygienemaßnahmen gewünscht.

Sehr schade, da wir von einer teuren Urlaubswoche letztlich nur wenige Tage wirklich genießen konnten.

Amazing stay! I truly recommend this place :)
Pros:

We had such a wonderful time at this hotel. First of all, the location is just stunning, a really picturesque and beautiful area. The kids loved every minute here, endless activities and games. I especially loved that the hotel has all these hidden little corners, so the kids kept discovering a new one every time. It really makes you want to go back for more. I also really loved the attention to small details at this hotel. Everything is branded, and Frida appears everywhere, the kids were so excited about her :) We got a gift of a bottle at check-in and a little jar at check-out, and I loved that touch.

Cons:

I was disappointed that we couldn’t get a proper fan for the room, there’s no air conditioning, and we came in August when it was hot. Also, not everyone would love the concept of the shower and toilet being in the room, there’s no separation between them and the sleeping area, so there’s really no privacy. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t ideal either.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen mit minimalen Abzügen in der B-Note.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung für Kinder war sensationell. Es gab unglaublich viele unterschiedliche Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Die Getränkestation für Kinder war super.

Cons:

Wenig liegen am Pool. Keine richtig Beschattung auf dem oberen Deck. Das offene Duschkonzept (Dusche war nicht durch separate Tür oder Raum abgetrennt) in den Räumen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (Wasserdampf in den Räumen).

Super freundlich all inclusive Kinderhotel. Der Name ist eine Marke und alle Kinder lieben es.
