Have stayed there several times, each time a pleasure - very friendly staff, easy to find, plenty of parking, huge clean rooms.

I am on a bit of a diet so just opted for poached eggs on toast - possibly the best poached eggs I have had in a very very very long time.

I always look for this place when down there and even if its a bit more expensive, I book it - just a great place

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking, big bonus. First room allocated had a problem with the heating so back to reception and within 5 mins all sorted, moved to another room no quibbling. Good customer service. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as we were at a family dinner but breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Room was nicely decorated and good bathroom. Recommended.

Für Kurzaufenthalt gut. Familienzimmer ( 2 zusammenhängende Zimmer) sehr gut für Familie mit Kindern
Pros:

Auf Wunsch werden warme Speisen zum Frühstück zubereitet (Eier, Würstchen etc).
Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Räume etwas kühl, Heizung nicht selbstständig regulierbar. Ohne Auto schwer erreichbar.

Cons:

Breakfast at £14.00 was very expensive, and not very good at all. Eating area soulless.
Shower a death trap - floor so slippery. Could not get consistent temperature of water in the shower. Nowhere to hang shower sponge in shower. Toiletry shelf in shower ridiculously small.

Great value, very comfortable and quiet
Pros:

Excellent value hotel. Great night's sleep due to a comfortable bed, highly effective blackout curtains, and very quiet surroundings. Free and very spacious car park. The room was a good size, and the bathroom and shower were good. Large TV and a desk for working (with fast stable WiFi). Excellent breakfast, including varied continental selection and hot items cooked to order (sausage or bacon baps, for example). Staff were very professional and friendly. Checking in and out was quick and easy, including sending an invoice for work/expenses purposes. There is a bar/restaurant for evening meals which I didn't have the opportunity to try. Very convenient location for nearby Kent towns and was considerably cheaper when I booked than nearby alternatives.

Cons:

Nothing really - perhaps to consider having smart TVs with the various streaming apps as many hotels do nowadays (but I am being picky here).
