We stayed at the hotel as part of a wedding party group and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional, and the whole team made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

A special mention has to go to Michelle, who looked after us so well and made sure we had everything we needed at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out and made a huge difference to our experience.

Thank you to Michelle and the entire team for helping make such a special occasion even more memorable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Team Manor delivered great service and the bed made for a good night’s sleep which is really what we are paying for.
Pros:

Clean, light and airy. Well decorated and presented. Location was spot on.

Cons:

Lack of windows and natural light in restaurant/lounge area. Nicely presented yet a window would’ve been superb.

Short but sweet overnighter at The Manor!
Pros:

My husband and I had a comfortable short stay at The Manor recently and found the hotel to be in a quiet location with very helpful staff.Nothing was too much trouble when we queried something and it was sorted out immediately. Nice friendly atmosphere, would return.

Lovely staff and clean hotel
Pros:

Location - close to A2 and walking distance of a good pub. 10 min drive down to Rochester. Very helpful location.
