Fine hotel. The breakfast is very good. WI-FI used to work poorly (I stayed there many times in the past), but now it is perfectly stable and very fast.

Pros:

Alte abgenutzte Teppiche im Eingangsbereich. Aber die Lage ist schön, angenehm und ruhig. Einzig das riesen Stadion gleich daneben drübt die Idylle ein wenig. Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung stimmt.

Great choice
Pros:

Great hotel with a fresh room renovation and tasty breakfasts. Location is nice, but it’ around 15-20 min away from metro station. Gym is just a word, so don’t expect anything but a lonely dusty dumbbell

경기있는날만 아니면 조용한 곳
Pros:

이 호텔에서 지내기 위해서 가장 먼저 체크 해야되는점은 바로 옆에 경기장이 있기 때문에 경기가 있는 날을 체크 해야된다는 점이다.
전반적인 서비스는 굉장히 좋다.

CSKA v Arsenal
Pros:

We stayed there for the CSKA v Arsenal match; the ground was directly adjacent to the Stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful, they spoke good English. The bar and restaurant were both good value with menus in English. There was a shopping centre near by.

Pros:

This is a perfect location for visiting CSKA Moscow as adjacent to the stadium complex. Restaurant serves Good food and a 24 hour reception bar is ideal.

В отеле был ремонт и таджики на половине площади. Если это убрать, то хорошо. Могу отметить хороший утренний шведский стол.15 мин до метро Сокол. Осталось позитивное впечатление.

Quite OK, depends on the price
Pros:

Hotel ist ganz OK, kommt darauf an, ob man es für 60 oder 100 Euro bucht. Perfektes Englisch an der Rezeption, akzeptabler Service im Biergarten, der im Sommer recht schön ist, aber auch sehr teuer. Ich empfehle den Biergarten in dem Park in der Nähe des Hotels (am neuen Stadion vorbeilaufen dann links in den Park) - große Auswahl an Essen, lecker und normale Preise.
Zimmer sind gepflegt und sauber.
Sauna funktioniert wohl schon seit längerem nicht (mind. 2 Wochen).

хороший отель, сумма в выходной день была даже скромной по московским меркам. твердая 4ка, с хорошим обслуживанием, состоянием и чистотой номеров и самого отеля.
"качество" района зависит от целей поездки, в ближайшей округе ничего нет
