One word: WOW!
Pros:

Amazing hotel with welcoming staff, spotless rooms, and a fantastic atmosphere! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and every detail made our stay special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

L’accueil à la réception qui est pas d’accord sur le prix booking offert et vous mets dans une situation de voleur ,les bruit des vidange de poubelle de l’hôtel en camion 1h 30 ls nuit et que vous essayez de vous endormir pour parti aéroport à 5 h 30 du matin et franchement aucun dialogue entre personnel même pas le Salem il faut le dire nous avant et le lieux du petit déjeuner on dirait un centre mortuaire bref rien de rien un hôtel pour se poser et sortir je c pas où il on trouver leur 5* y a même pas une chaise pour fumer à la très petite terrasse devant l’entrée et les alentour ne sont pas nettoyer 🧹 a pas refaire y a mieux et moins cher

È un 5 stelle solo sulla carta. Non vi sono i servizi degli hotel 5 stelle. A detta del receptionist il lettore di carte di credito non funzionava e ho dovuto pagare in contanti. La stanza non aveva frigobar. Il bollitore per fare il caffè è su un tavolo e le prese elettriche non dono raggiungibili (devi metterlo su pavimento per farlo funzionare).

Pros:

La camera è spaziosa

Cons:

- La camera era prenotata per due persone ma era attrezzata per una sola persona.
- odore cattive dal bagno
- Phone funziona appena
-TV cambia canali da solo o fa partire il cambio canali in autonomia
- Molto rumoroso di notte non siamo riusciti a riposare con musica a tutti volume.
- Corrente d'area in camera anche con tutto chiuso.
- è vero che la camera è antica ma gli immobili sono vecchi e consumati.
