Nos alojamos una noche antes de ir a tambopata, decir que por el precio el hotel nos desilusionó bastante, es un hotel que ha conocido tiempos muchísimo mejores las habitaciones necesitan una reforma urgente las cortinas están medio caídas....
El frigorífico no funcionaba estaba encendido pero estaba caliente, el cuarto de baño pequeño y anticuado, la bañera tenía fugas por todos los lados, después de ducharte cae agua poco a poco y no te hartabas de limpiar el suelo.
Por no mencionar que el agua no salía caliente
Y la mayor sorpresa fue la cucaracha que apareció de visita en la habitación.
Vale que en esta zona hay mucha humedad y puede haber cucarachas, pero si hay una buena fumigación eso no se da.
Creo que un hotel por este precio y de estas estrellas dejaría al menos tener buena desinfección y tenemos habitaciones en buen estado.
En cuanto a luffet mejor no comentó, poca variedad Y la verdad es que nada estaba realmente bueno
No entiendo cómo tiene la puntuación que tienen booking

Recomendar que el asesor pongan un vinilo ácido un vinilo con un paisaje para que no se vea el exterior, es feo y no aporta nada

Personalmente, soy muy sensible al ruido y la habitación estaba abajo del comedor, por lo que cada vez que abrían o cerraban, me levantaba, lo cual era incómodo, además de que el agua caliente no es tan caliente, parece que es calentador solar, lo cual para mí aún estaba helado. Por otro lado, el restaurante no siempre está abierto en el horario indicado, ya que fui y no me pudieron atender porque no estaba el chef. Finalmente, de forma muy menor, solo son detalles y yo soy estricto: la tapa del baño estaba rota, uno de los servicios internos estaba apagado, por lo que tuve que llamar para encenderlo, igual los snacks y aguas que deberían estar en el refrigerador, por lo que tuve que bajar a comprar agua.

Il fatto che ho prenotato un albergo con la piscina che non era agibile: l’acqua era verde e sporca.
Nella stanza ho dovuto schiacciare una blatta.
Dulcis in fundo, ho lasciato 200 euro in contatti nella cassetto che sono “spariti” dopo il check out.
Abbiamo lasciato le valigie nella hall per fare un’escursione. Al mio ritorno, mi sono reso conto di non aver preso i 200 euro che avevo lasciato nel cassetto della camera. Appena denunciato il fatto alla reception, é partita una lunga attesa, che si è conclusa con un nulla di fatto. Singolare anche il rifiuto da parte del personale di andare a controllare insieme.
Non contenti, dopo aver vissuto queste negative esperienze, ci hanno fatto pagare una stanza a prezzo pieno, solo per poter usare la doccia per 30 minuti. Vorrei specificare che tornavamo da un’escursione nella selva.
Una struttura su cui non fare affidamento.
Persone del genere non dovrebbero operare nel settore turistico, screditano la reputazione di un paese bellissimo

Cons:

Ausstattung doch in die Jahre gekommen, Pool nicht wirklich sauber. Restaurants und Geschäfte ein Stück entfernt
