Da evitare assolutamente, sicurezza e onestà inesistenti

Il fatto che ho prenotato un albergo con la piscina che non era agibile: l’acqua era verde e sporca.
Nella stanza ho dovuto schiacciare una blatta.
Dulcis in fundo, ho lasciato 200 euro in contatti nella cassetto che sono “spariti” dopo il check out.
Abbiamo lasciato le valigie nella hall per fare un’escursione. Al mio ritorno, mi sono reso conto di non aver preso i 200 euro che avevo lasciato nel cassetto della camera. Appena denunciato il fatto alla reception, é partita una lunga attesa, che si è conclusa con un nulla di fatto. Singolare anche il rifiuto da parte del personale di andare a controllare insieme.
Non contenti, dopo aver vissuto queste negative esperienze, ci hanno fatto pagare una stanza a prezzo pieno, solo per poter usare la doccia per 30 minuti. Vorrei specificare che tornavamo da un’escursione nella selva.
Una struttura su cui non fare affidamento.
Persone del genere non dovrebbero operare nel settore turistico, screditano la reputazione di un paese bellissimo

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer und Bad sehr groß, warme Dusche

Cons:

Ausstattung doch in die Jahre gekommen, Pool nicht wirklich sauber. Restaurants und Geschäfte ein Stück entfernt

Cons:

Staff did not explain where anything was,. Even though breakfast was included would not make me a takeaway breakfast
One of the front doors completely missing with a sheet over it

Pros:

Really disappointing stay. No hot water - just told it was under maintenance and wouldn’t be fixed before we checked out, breakfast was limited (maybe as it was a Sunday), definitely not worth the price.

Superb service and comfortable
Pros:

The service was outstanding. Every request i made in my short stay was quickly addressed.
From requests for taxis to a pair of scissors and room service for drinks were all excellent.
The lobby had free cool drinks available at all times and it was kept cool with air conditioner.
The pool next to the restaurant on the 7th floor was a nice feature to have due to the heat.

Cons:

The room i had was a triple bed which I found small but we only stayed one night. The shower had lukewarm water, not hot; but the temps were hot so it was not a big issue for us. The extra blankets on the room were dusty. The room did not have a window which made it quiet but a view would had been nice to have.

Overpriced for what it actually offers
Pros:

Good sized room, pretty comfortable, friendly staff and generous breakfast

Cons:

The room felt run down, the overhead fan didn’t work (though aircon was good), peeling paint in patches and the promised hot shower was non existent, they sent maintenance who did some work and said it would run hot in 10 minutes but still cold.
