Very clean property and has all the pluses especriaif you came for business. Very helpful staff that will go an extra mile to assist. The receptionist even acted as my driver tk the airport when we couldnt get a taxi owing to fuel shortage in the country

Excessive price for what‘s offered. Thin coffee, breakfast is a sad little sausage with a small omelette. Half of the property is a permanent construction site. Rooms are not noise isolated. Water often brown. As many places in Malawi, they crave big dollars but don‘t deliver the value.
Everything. The location and security, the staff and first class service, the cleanliness and comfort, the restaurant and nice food.
We had to book again when our plans to stay a few days at the lake changed.

Very good and safe location. The place very tidy and clean inside out. This includes clean and spacious rooms, clean bathroom no smell, not even of dumpness. The restaurant very clean and beautifully set. The food very nicely and professionally prepared.
The staff from all departments; i.e, Resception, Restaurant, provided us with first grade service, I've ever had.

The delay of food and having a construction taking place until late in the evening, and poor wifi connection, no simple facilities like international chargers at the hotel
The wardrobe in the room doors was falling and not insect-insecitised for mosquitoes

Loved the patio, view, comfy couches with blankets as a nice touch for cooler evenings. Close to restaurants & shops.
