Great service, great hotel, a little far
Pros:

The hotel is great, very comfortable and the staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is really good and there are several spots close by t eat or have dinner.Also the view from the terrace was really good.

Cons:

Th only thing that we didnt like is that it was far from the central part of town.The distance itself is short but there are many many stairs. Although there are several good spots close by, and the bus stop is right next door, we prefer to walk everywhere and it was challenging because of all the stairs.

Beautiful, well run, welcoming hotel with beautiful views from balcony and wonderful staff
Pros:

Location. Waking distance to best restaurants and cafes. Every room has a gorgeous view of the water and part of the town. Absolutely gorgeous both at sunrise and sunset. Nice balcony from which to watch the views while sitting or standing and sipping morning coffee and evening drinks. Sumptuous breakfast with GREAT and friendly service. We will come back.

Cons:

Room is small. Be prepared to climb stairs and steep roads in town

Wonderful stay in Positano
Pros:

Nicely appointed large room with walk in closet and wonderful view . Great location, just a short walk to main square, beach shops and restaurants yet away from noise , tourists , so it’s nice for relaxation , when you get back to hotel from the busy day .

Cons:

Nothing really to dislike, but just to keep it in mind that almost everywhere you go in Positano it will be steps to climb up and or down .

Pros:

The most beautiful hotel and views I have ever experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly and warm, and the hotel is right next to exquisite restaurants. The drinks at the bar were wonderful. Overall, a fantastic hotel choice.

The terrace

Cons:

The main thing I didn’t like was the cleanliness. You could see dust on the bed and on the floor, so overall it didn’t feel as clean as I expected. I also found the bed quite uncomfortable.

However, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Ahmad, the Egyptian guy, who was really helpful and kind.
