Enthusiastic staff, clean room and good, ground-level secure parking to the rear.
Pros:

A smart reception area and the room was clean, will need refreshing for next season. Parking was secure and at the rear - so good access.

Cons:

The room was a little tight compared with similar bookings made, important to us with our dog in tow.

Not close to anything, not even expectations.
Pros:

We found very little to like or, better put, disadvantages easily outweighed any advantages. It's not that it was really terrible, just nothing outstandingly good comes to mind which is a pity because I always try to find something positive to say.

Cons:

Location was really very disappointing. We were led to believe it was in the city centre but the fact is that it was quite a long walk from any shops, cafés, or basic amenities. The reception staff told us not to go into a neighborhood very close to the hotel. I found that very off-putting and worrying as we had a long walk home each evening from the restaurant and shopping area. The hotel itself was in need of a makeover. Paintwork was scuffed in the corridors. We paid for a better quality room but it was more like cheap chain-hotel fixtures and furnishings. We genuinely found very little that merited four stars. One of the receptionists was very kind and helpful but others seemed less than interested, no smile, no eye contact, nothing welcoming or friendly. I spent a lot of time checking every hotel in Perpinyà. ChatGPT suggested that the Dali was the best all-round choice. If it was, I shudder to think what the lower-ranked hotels were like.

Hotel tranquilo cerca del centro de Perpignan

Hotel situado en una zona muy tranquila, frente al gran parque, pero tambíen a 10 minutos a pie del centro histórico de Perpignan. Habitación cómoda y silenciosa las que dan a la parte trasera

Cons:

EL personal de recepción es correcto pero ni explican ni proponen nada. Tuvimos que 'descubrir' los servicios del hotel por nuestra cuenta. En el hotel hay un roof top habilitado como lounge pero no tiene servicio de bar, hay que bajar al bar de planta baja y pedir allí y subirse uno mismo la consumición por el ascensor !! Es un hotel con muchas posibilidades que, por desidia, está muy desaprovechado

Pros:

Locatie prima in Perpignan. Parkeergarage was krap en steil maar te doen. Goed bed en vernieuwde badkamer

Cons:

Vloerbedekking zag er vies uit met vlekken. Ontbijt redelijk maar vrij duur voor wat je krijgt. Direct rondom het hotel heb je niet echt een alternatief moet je 10-15 minuten lopen.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooftop terrace was nice. The rooms were modern, clean and very quiet. We'd definitely stay here again if we returned to Perpignan.

Cons:

We didn't realise that the (already quite pricey) room didn't include breakfast so we paid for that too on arrival and it was quite expensive!
