對於第一次入住 不熟悉環境的 實在是找不到CHECK IN的地方
當天詢問用餐客人才知道是在二樓 .....
一樓至二樓CHECK IN 的地方 搭手扶梯 又拉行李 對於有長輩者 實在是不方便

The excellent staff, in particular the gentleman who checked us in. He remembered us when we returned 2 days later after a visit to Alishan.
The self-service laundry and ice-cream!
The location, just a street away from the Alishan railway station.
The upgrade to room with super king bed and massage chair.

Staff were polite and welcoming. In particular, the gentleman who checked us in was professional.
The location was excellent. Just need to cross 1 street to arrive at the rear of the railway station for thr Alishan train.
The self-service laundry and free ice-cream 🙌
Got upgraded to a room with a super king bed and a massage chair, a booking.com tier benefit!

Pros:

The hotel is close to the station (at the rear end of it.) A 5 minute walk is all it takes. The front desk is on the second floor but there is an escalator and a lift. Staff was very helpful and kind. Check-in was a breeze.
The room is spacious with a modern layout. We had a nice view. Amenities were ample and the bathroom was comfortably. Water bottles are provided on request. But a water can and dispenser are available.
Breakfast was copious with a good mix of local dishes and some western choices.
