There was no hot water in the hotel in the morning and they agreed to a refund but that I had to deal with Booking.com first and then when I went through booking.com they disagreed.
Location
The building is old & good but needs proper maintenance

Place is run down and staff says they are renovating, but I know they are not. I have stayed at this hotel 6 times in the last 2 years. It's just getting worse/
Easy to find
Sheets were not clean. Black curly hair and ?particles in the bed under the blankets. There was no hot water and staff didn’t seem too concerned that their paying customers couldn’t shower or wash their face. I had a concert and came back late. Hoped to shower but no hot water, thought maybe it was late and was tired. Woke up and no hot water to get ready for an event I had that day. Unable to shower and get ready for a wedding I had to attend. How HORRIBLE.
We've stayed there before. Absolutely gorgeous lobby! Really good breakfast buffet. The a
The air conditioning was a bit dodgy.
I loved that it was right by millennium place.
Very dirty, house keeping only comes every 3 days. No microwave in room, musty dirty smell throughout hotel. Looks like many leaks in ceiling. Microwave in main lobby very dirty and disgusting-even the table it was on was filthy with dead flies laying on the table…staff wasn’t very friendly at all. Breakfast that was included was terrible. I was never stay at this hotel again even if it was free. This hotel needs to be inspected. It needs proper cleaning, repairs and renovations. Cleaning staff should be at this hotel daily.
The breakfast was ok. The sausages were good, but the rest wasn't great. There needs to be more gf options.
The pool was closed 80% of the time we were there which was why we chose this hotel to begin with.
Called and asked for more towels, was told it would be about 10 minutes. Had to go down to the front desk in person 30 minutes later to actually get them.
We liked that the hotel was across the street from Millennium Place where our child was playing a tournament at.
The rooms were not clean for a 4 star. There was NO hot water. There were holes in the shower walls that my husband had to cover up. He is a plumber and could not figure out what they would have been from, why they were there or even how they got there, from a plumbing perspective. Very odd and creepy. When we questioned about the hot water we were told to just run taps for 10 more minutes. Unacceptable.
We weren’t the only ones in our team group that had issues.
Breakfast was cold, BUT EDIBLE.
Hot sausages....
