Nice facility, especially if you are attending a conference in the facility, or in North Edmonton
Pros:

I was able to check in after 10 PM, since I was attending an event that was not at this hotel, that started at 12:00 noon, and therefore I could not check into the hotel before the 2 PM earliest check-in time. I had to check in to the hotel after the event I was attending was over at 9:30 PM, and the hotel was very accommodating of that late check in time.

Cons:

There we no plug ins for my Internal Combustion Engine vehicle to plug in overnight. It was -19 Celsius overnight, and I was very concerned that the following days I would not be able to get my vehicle started because of the cold or a frozen battery, and therefore might not have be able to attend the second and third day of my event without having to pay additional costs a taxi or other method to get to/from the event I was attending (which was not at this hotel).

Was a 2 out of 10 for the room but the staff was great, very nice!
Pros:

Super big, breakfast area was nice!

Cons:

The door was very hard to unlock, the one bed was not clean and had stains. The pillows are so thick. Bathroom drains were not draining properly.

Not good.never got any sleep as it was extremely hot

It was clean and the location was good

Cons:

It was extremely hot. The air conditioner worked but still did not cool down the room. I spoke with the front desk twice and they told me to just fool with the air conditioner.

Never again..
Cons:

Room was not clean, and updates are needed for sure. AC woke us up as it was obnoxiously loud. There was no extra toilet paper stocked anywhere, no extra stock of anything in the room really.

plain hotel hard to find and not much to get excited about

Very convenient and affordable.
Pros:

The bed was soft, the sheets good. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The tv. There weren't any instructions. It was incredibly difficult to operate the tv. Called down to reception and he gave us the two steps. Got that far then nothing worked from there. Called down again and he said he would come up in a bit but too late at night. Could not even watch regular tv. Disappointing.

Not worth the money at all

That is was close to where we had to be

Cons:

The staff was clueless about what was going on and the room was an hour late and he tried to charge me more than what I had originally paid. The house keepers came in to vacuum when we got there, the sheets were full of hair (assuming they weren’t changed due to the “rush” on them for being an hour late.

Very clean and quiet. Will stay again.
Pros:

Stay here once a year for Model Train Show in Edmonton. Always clean and reasonable price.

Cons:

One towel in our room and no soap or shampoo. Called front desk and more towels brought up within 10 minutes. Was told that because of large concert in town every room was booked for weekend. No excuse as they knew ahead of time for the weekend they would be booked solid.

Nothing!!! Absolutely nothing!
It was dirty and very old stuff & smelly!!!

Cons:

The AC noise didn't let us sleep all night, but if we kept the AC off, then it's was burning hot! The pillows and sheets were stinks!!! The door cards never work, and we have to consistently go down to recharge the card!
Around 10:00 PM we requested to have some pillows and blankets but the main desk said: to wait till next day morning, like seriously!!!!
The worst part was the iron was so dirty and had some color and grassy, so when I used it, my wedding dress was all goneeee!
The swimming pool water is dirty!
There's was no soap and any shampoo in the washroom!!!
Seriously, there were so many things that were wrong. It was incredibly disgusting!!! It was a hunting hotel!!!
The most strange thing: during my checkout, I told the main desk everything and he was oh ok, we will look at.... Seriously, there was no apology o any recompense....etc or even anything!!!
It was my worst experience!!!

Nice quiet hotel, reasonably priced. Would be nice if the restaurant was open the full day instead.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

TV that requires instructions and help to turn on. Very limited channel selection.
