What more can you get for $103 these days, we slept and ate, it was meh, we just won't return
Pros:

The lobby of this hotel is immaculate and the complementary breakfast was really good, not a big variety but it did taste really good! Parking was also very convenient

Cons:

Within the first 10 minutes we had to change rooms as the bedding in the first room was stained and dirty. The second room had electricity issues, i plugged in my phone charger and was met with sparks, i then plugged it into the lamp and the radio stereo came on. The second bed in the room was not completely made, the pillows were very haphazard on the bed and no top sheet, nothing tucked in. The bathroom had only 3 hand towels, no large bath towels or face cloths! The light switches in the bathroom were scummy and dirty. The pool area was very unkept and there wasn't any life jackets available for children. There isn't any restaurant on site only AM breakfast. There wasn't a sports net channel on the TV in a city that lives, eats and breathes the Edmonton Oilers.

Nice facility, especially if you are attending a conference in the facility, or in North Edmonton
Pros:

I was able to check in after 10 PM, since I was attending an event that was not at this hotel, that started at 12:00 noon, and therefore I could not check into the hotel before the 2 PM earliest check-in time. I had to check in to the hotel after the event I was attending was over at 9:30 PM, and the hotel was very accommodating of that late check in time.

Cons:

There we no plug ins for my Internal Combustion Engine vehicle to plug in overnight. It was -19 Celsius overnight, and I was very concerned that the following days I would not be able to get my vehicle started because of the cold or a frozen battery, and therefore might not have be able to attend the second and third day of my event without having to pay additional costs a taxi or other method to get to/from the event I was attending (which was not at this hotel).

Was a 2 out of 10 for the room but the staff was great, very nice!
Pros:

Super big, breakfast area was nice!

Cons:

The door was very hard to unlock, the one bed was not clean and had stains. The pillows are so thick. Bathroom drains were not draining properly.

Not good.never got any sleep as it was extremely hot

It was clean and the location was good

Cons:

It was extremely hot. The air conditioner worked but still did not cool down the room. I spoke with the front desk twice and they told me to just fool with the air conditioner.

Never again..
Cons:

Room was not clean, and updates are needed for sure. AC woke us up as it was obnoxiously loud. There was no extra toilet paper stocked anywhere, no extra stock of anything in the room really.

plain hotel hard to find and not much to get excited about

Very convenient and affordable.
Pros:

The bed was soft, the sheets good. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The tv. There weren't any instructions. It was incredibly difficult to operate the tv. Called down to reception and he gave us the two steps. Got that far then nothing worked from there. Called down again and he said he would come up in a bit but too late at night. Could not even watch regular tv. Disappointing.

Not worth the money at all
Pros:

That is was close to where we had to be

Cons:

The staff was clueless about what was going on and the room was an hour late and he tried to charge me more than what I had originally paid. The house keepers came in to vacuum when we got there, the sheets were full of hair (assuming they weren’t changed due to the “rush” on them for being an hour late.
