Pros:

Bra service med trevligt bemötande.

Cons:

Att det finns ett trappsteg mitt på golvet i frukost restaurangen. Jag ramlade och slog mig ganska illa. Båda knäna är svullna och blåmärken varav ett fick två djupa skavsår.

Hôtel au cœur de lulea
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de Luleå, parfait pour explorer la ville à pied. Il se trouve également à proximité de la mer de glace, offrant une superbe balade à ne pas manquer.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très bien fourni avec un large choix, et la vue depuis la salle est magnifique. Les tables côté mer de glace sont rapidement prises d’assaut, mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour les chambres donnant sur la cour, qui offrent une vue sans intérêt, mais elles restent confortables. L’aimabilité des réceptionnistes n’a malheureusement pas été au rendez-vous

I helhet nöjd med boende förutom lokalisation på vårt hotellrum.
Pros:

Det centrala läget. Möjlighet till spa samt parkeringshuset i anslutning till hotellet.

Cons:

Att det var nattklubb eller liknande då vi bodde en våning upp rakt ovanför restaurangen. Svårt att kunna sova för mig och mitt barn. Framkom i informationen att nattklubb är lördagar, men väl på plats förstod jag att det även var fredagar. Önskvärt att jag med ett litet barn hade fått ett rum längre bort från restaurangen/entrén.

Vänlig och serviceinriktad personal, skön, bred säng och mycket god frukost.

Cons:

Önskade möjlighet att kunna streama från tfn till tvn på rummet för att bredda utbudet av film mer än vad som fanns i hotellets utbud. Förstod att detta håller på att byggas ut i närtid. En förbättring av servicen!

Excellent as an overall package.
Pros:

Very nice clean property. They offered complementary coffee for all guest. Breakfast was very good.

Lage gut, Persol sehr nett,Frühstück mittel, Kaffe schlecht, auf dem Zimmer kein Wasser, TV nicht smart, kein Netflix, überhaupt nix online, kein Bar direkt im Hotel, Restaurant nur sehr bedingt offen
