Pros:

Vi hade bokat ett rum på Statshotellet den 23 augusti 2026. Incheckningen gick smidigt och rummet var bra, förutom att det inte fanns några handdukar när vi kom.

När vi senare gick ut för att äta ville vi äta i hotellets bistro. Vi fick dock veta att detta inte var möjligt eftersom det hölls ett frågesport. Vi frågade därför om vi kunde äta ute, vid borden utanför bistron, vilket var okej.

Vi fick också veta att det inte serverades ute, och att vi därför var tvungna att gå in för att beställa vår mat. Enligt vår mening ledde detta till mycket onödigt tjafs fram och tillbaka, och vi upplevde tyvärr att servicen var ovänlig och ibland otrevlig.

Vi gick därför därifrån med känslan av att kvällen, som vi hade sett fram emot, tyvärr var förstörd.

Annars har vi mycket positivt att säga om hotellet. Rummet var bra och frukosten var utmärkt. Det var därför särskilt olyckligt att upplevelsen i bistron drog ner helhetsintrycket så mycket.

Ubicación maravillosa, desayuno increíble.

Cons:

La habitación olía raro y no tenía aire acondicionado en verano, solo un ventilador de 40 cm antiguo. Solo tenía UN enchufe en la cama (a un solo lado), por lo que si vas a una habitación doble solo una persona puede cargar el móvil. Tuvimos que elegir entre cargar el móvil de uno de nosotros y enchufar el ventilador... Todo esto en la habitación doble DELUXE.
El parking es caro, con un sistema de entrada absurdo, estrecho e incómodo.

Siistit rauhalliset huoneet. Erinomainen sänky. Hieno viihtyisä hotelli.

Cons:

Ainoa pettymys hotellissa oli aamupala. Aamupala vanhanaikainen perusaamupala. Vain kylmiä ruokia tarjolla ei mitään lämmintä. Nimittäin kaikki lämpimät olivat kylmiä..
