Mount Richmond Hotel

The night noise and how I could hear everything in the next room from peeps having sex to them snoring ..

The room was dirty. There was hair on the walls of the shower. A dead cockroach in the bathroom and 2 or 3 flying insects. (The window was left open a little and the bug screen was not closed).
The walls are paper thin. I awoke in the night from people returning to their rooms, it felt and heard like they were coming into my own room.
I could also hear someone snoring from another room!

Não havia local no box do banheiro para colocar sabonete, shampoo, bucha, condicionador...

Cleanliness was extremely poor. Uninviting, unkempt. Working in the room above my room during the night. Very noisy. Very few room facilities. Pool area dirty, non operational most days. I ordered one meal at the restaurant first night. Didnt eat there again. Towels smelt like 'mouse' with overtones of chlorine. Washed them myself and cleaned my own room, bought my own cleaning products, tea, coffee etc.

Non rien a reprocher.

Keine Kritikpunkte. Aber jeder ist verschieden und hat eigene Punkte. Das Hotel ist kein Neubau, aber sollte keine Kritik sein.
Der Pool ist klein, aber ich war auch nicht zum Schwimmen angereist :-)

L’hôtel est vieillissant du coup les photos ne correspondent plus vraiment, il manque d’entretien à l’extérieur et l’intérieur, la piscine n’était pas très propre mais le personnel est adorable.
Nous avions une réservation avec petit déjeuner continental inclus dans le tarif et il n’y a que des céréales café thé chocolat et pain de mie et beurre, nous avons pas la même notion du petit déjeuner continental.
Nous avons payé 23$ supplémentaires par personne pour avoir des œufs au bacon.
Et cela est inadmissible car la reservation sans petit déjeuner avec le complément pour les œufs au bacon nous aurait couté moins cher.
De plus les 2 nuits on été très bruyantes.

A bit dated but we were there to visit family. Parking was a bit limited

Could be cheaper, considering the price you pay you have a lot of other options.
But pools is very clean, and location is not bad

$150 for a room of such poor quality. It was filthy. The bed was 2 beds pushed together, not in the way every other double beds is in a motel are but my husband and I couldn't even sleep together because the bed kept moving apart.
There was a party when we arrived that went on all afternoon because the pool that comes with facility's is also for hire ? I guess. Because there was a party in the pool.
The next morning , we had an event on that i had to be at at a certain time , when we came to the carpark- there was another party on and the accomodation parks were all blocked in. Lucky , I had parked at the back so I could get out but there was another woman staying there who had her car blocked in by 3 other cars.

The tap in the bathroom was broken , it sprayed water everywhere if it was turned on just a bit.
The heatpump had something wrong with it so it was really really noisy.
The door frames are covered in hand grease, I initially thought it was just a bad paint job but I wiped half of it with a cloth and all of the black marks came off on the cloth. It was literally just filth.
One of the steps at the top of the stairs is a different size , its bloody dangerous and not to building code.

Overall im annoyed that I paid 150 for this room that was advertised as being great for couples when it was absolutely not.

Im more annoyed they charge a bond at the counter for the room because , let's be honest, the room is well in disrepair and needs a good clean. It's quite insulting to think I could leave anything in more of a state than it was.

I would not stay here again.
