Felt safe and cared for
Pros:

Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the young man who checked me in. I just want to give him heaps of credit he was so conscientious about my stay. Helped me with my bags and there was a wedding on that day and on the evening when I returned he guided me through the indoor area because he didn't want me to walked in middle of the drunk men. I was made to feel safe and protected.

Cons:

The breakfast staff on my first morning were very dismissive .. other than that every member of the staff were great I would deffo stay here again

If you have to.
Pros:

Room was good, bed was comfortable. The guy who checked us in was exceptional.

Cons:

Restaurant was ordinary. Bathroom wasn't clean. Dead rat in the carpark. Too many stairs and the guy who checked us out couldn't give a shit.

simple check-in/out, friendly staff, affordable and had a pool

Our granddaughter enjoying the swimming pool

Cons:

room location was right next to an entrance which slammed every time someone entered and exited, the spa & pool weren't cleaned while we were there so didn't get to enjoy knowing that. Hot breakfast is scrambled eggs and toast only and request at reception for swimming towels (although accommodating).

Cons:

Walls and sealings are made of paper. Some children on 3rd floor family rooms constantly kept running and dropping things since early morning and also late at night. It was impossible to sleep. Breakfast was ass also.

Very old and not as advertised in images.
Exceptionally thin walls and a very loud group was staying disrupting sleep.
Didn’t feel like a safe area.

Pros:

Cheap, clean but facilities poorly maintained. Toilet not fixed to the floor, seat loose,, edge of bathroom door loose.
