Pros:

Chambre confortable avec tout les équipements d'écrit personnel très accueillant et agréable.

Wonderful staff and location , but there rooms need a little work
Pros:

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were spars and poorly maintained. There was dried paint on the floor and the floor was bubbling up. There were also nails sticking out of the walls indicating that art work was once there, but now the walls are completely bare.

The location is perfect for the garden walk and walk to Disney parks. Feels safe and secure

Cons:

I usually always stay here when coming to Disney and never have any issues with the stay. But the room this time was disappointing. Holes in the floor, you had to use the key card 4 times on the lock to get the door to open, neither bedside lamps worked, you had to flush the toilet 3 times to get everything to go down even just simple toilet paper.

Cons:

Looks nothing like the photos.. very old, plugs in the restroom didn’t work. Every outlet in the room was loose and things wouldn’t stay plugged in. There were hairs on almost all linens. Floor was dirty. Mold in the bathtub.

I was willing to overlook all of this due to the low price and close proximity to Disneyland.

Then, icing on the cake.. they let my (very intoxicated) ex husband into my room who was NOT on the reservation.. didn’t ask for ID to confirm if I was even related to this person, and not only did they make a key for him, but they came and manually unlocked the deadbolt for him when the key didn’t work. All without asking my permission.. I called to complain afterwards because I was physically assaulted by him.. in front of my child.. and they simply did not care. Very DANGEROUS practice. Told me I should have called them during this altercation..

Then I checked out a day early since my child and I were very clearly not safe here, and was I still charged for all three nights.

Pros:

Our door key did not work for our entire stay. Going to Disneyland coming in and out each time we had to call front desk to open door. Coming with dinner had a wait. By the time qe got in room all food was cold and had to dispose of it. The room was a landlord special. Everything was painted over like electrical sockets. They had roaches. Tub wouldn't drain. Worst experience ive ever had

All in all, fine for budget disney vacation
Pros:

This was a decent place to stay for a Disney trip, since it is within walking distance (abt 15 min), hotel parking is included in price, has decent beds/warm shower/cold fridge/hotel ice machine. It also has a pool, jaccuzzi and working TV for unwinding after exhausting Disney days. It definitely isn't the most well kept/updated or spotless, but for the price if you're looking for a no frills place just to sleep and shower, this will do just fine. Staff was quick to help when needed and parking lot was off the beaten path (out of sight of pedestrians). No breakfast but you can do your own with the fridge/microwave. Also liked that it had 3 full beds, one off set in its own room. A/C worked fine.

Cons:

It has definitely seen better days. Tub wouldn't plug, lamp base looked rotted/chewed up?, room never gets very dark bc wooden shutters let in exterior hotel lights, no fitted sheets (use flat sheets for both bottom and top sheets), switches and walls have obviously seen a lot of coats of paint... just little things like that. We saw some roaches outside the rooms, but not inside. No deal breakers.
