Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Anaheim

It was walking distance to Disneyland and the staff member we checked in with for one night was amazing.

Location. Location. Location! The best priced hotel a stone's throw from the park.

The location is great , a short distance from Disneyland. All the staff were nice and the rooms were very clean.

This was a decent place to stay for a Disney trip, since it is within walking distance (abt 15 min), hotel parking is included in price, has decent beds/warm shower/cold fridge/hotel ice machine. It also has a pool, jaccuzzi and working TV for unwinding after exhausting Disney days. It definitely isn't the most well kept/updated or spotless, but for the price if you're looking for a no frills place just to sleep and shower, this will do just fine. Staff was quick to help when needed and parking lot was off the beaten path (out of sight of pedestrians). No breakfast but you can do your own with the fridge/microwave. Also liked that it had 3 full beds, one off set in its own room. A/C worked fine.

Einfach nur toll!!! Wir waren letztes Jahr im April im Americas Best Value, wo die Inhaber das Motel gerade erst übernommen haben. Der Service und alles was dazu gehört waren einfach nur ausgezeichnet! Daher haben wir dieses Jahr erneut dieses Motel gebucht. Wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben einfach ein kostenloses Upgrade in nagelneue, modern eingerichtete Zimmer bekommen. Wir waren einfach überwältigt 🤩😍

Simply amazing!!! We stayed at Americas Best Value last April, right after the owners had just taken over the motel. The service and everything that goes with it were simply excellent! That’s why we booked this motel again this year. We were given a warm welcome and even received a free upgrade to brand-new, modern rooms. We were simply blown away 🤩😍

We were able to get a parking pass before check-in to leave my vehicle and visit Disneyland parks. After leaving the park to check-in the motel we unloaded my vehicle, freshened up and went back to Disneyland until closing.

Location and price

Excellent for Disney visitors looking for a spacious and affordable accommodation

So I'll start with the positives, stayed as family of four for 8 nights, kids ages 14 and 9.

-check in was easy and quick, and woman checking us in was very welcoming, polite and helpful
-beds were large, clean, comfy and had lots of pillows!
-close to parks, we walked in but did Uber back couple of nights to save daughter's feet, was only $6
-plenty place to eat nearby and Walgreens across the street
-pool area was clean and tidy and usually quiet
-room was large, lots of space and we had an extra room for our teen to give him some space which was great
- rooms cleaned regularly, lots of clean towels and all amenities you'd need
-came with a decent size fridge with small freezer compartment and a microwave
-we didn't use TV much but worked perfect with lots of channels
-ample parking which is free! Never had trouble getting a space
-we could see the Disney fireworks from our window which was a nice bonus

Now for the things we felt could be better
- room was dated, I think some have been renovated but ours definitely hadn't (211)
-lots of space for hanging clothes but only about 5 hangers (thankfully we had brought some more of our own)
-only two drawers to store clothes etc so with four people we mostly ended up living out the suitcases
-floor was very dirty, our feet and socks were black and we had to keep our shoes on a lot
- shower was poor, not a lot of pressure
- air con was noisy and took a bit of getting used to
- no deadbolt or extra security on door, anyone with a key could just walk right in. We kept a suitcase in front of the door.

Overall I probably would stay here again for a short stay because of the price and the space but would probably ask for one of the more updated rooms.
