Cons:

Everything (except room) was exceptionally nice and comfortable, from lobby, restaurant, conference area, cakes and coffee, pool and sauna and very nice people who works there. A bit pity that bad room was not on the same level of comfort.

Room is not that comfortable as the rest of the hotel. Old and too short bed with extremely soft mattress + loud ventilation in the room. Cant say how are the other rooms, I hope they are better and maybe just my room was like that.

Cons:

Jag bokade bord på båda restaurangerna via nätet. Där fanns uppgift om att ledigt bord fanns 17.30 och 20.30. Jag blev besviken eftersom jag velat äta 18-19 men det var ju inget att göra något åt. När jag sedan kom till restaurangerna fann jag att det fanns mycket gott om plats vid 18-19 tiden. Jag funderade på om jag inte fått upp lediga bord på skärmen eftersom jag var ensam, man skulle ju ange antalet gäster innan man fick upp tidsförslagen. Hur som helst var det faktiskt mycket tomt i matsalarna under den tid jag velat komma, vilket gjorde mig både undrande och besviken.

Magiskt, lugn, lyx och alldeles underbart 😍
Pros:

Älskar denna pärla ❤️ Vi bokar varje år sen 6 år tillbaka. Lika lyckliga och imponerade varje gång.

Pros:

Mad og service var super

Cons:

Søndag som ank er måske lidt dumt ,hvis man ik er til poolparty ,og bassinerne er proppet med drinks på kanterne ,ellers alt ok .morgenmad rigtig lækkert

Cons:

Supersur kille vid incheckning. Lyhört så att man inte kan sova. För hög musik i mindre utrymmen som korridor och toalett. Duschen saknar fall och skapade en sjö på golvet. Otroligt smal säng. Av som lät som Niagara fallet på rummet. Så nej. Inte värt priset.

Fantastiskt läge och personal! Utdaterade rum.
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge och en otroligt mysig atmosfär, restaurangerna, lobbyn, osv. Mycket trevlig personal, fick mig verkligen att känna mig välkommen. Gästvänligheten är på topp!

Cons:

Rummen behöver verkligen en uppfräschning, dels inte bra städat men sen märker man också att saker blivit gammalt. Trots att vistelsen var i början på november var rummet fruktansvärt varmt, och deras 400-kilos täcken var sjukt varma.

Venligt og serviceminded personale. Virkelig dejlig morgenmad og fin seng

Cons:

Spa faciliteterne levede på ingen måde op til forventninger og pris. Alt for lidt plads i den meget lille pool og ingen mulighed for egentligt at svømme. Kun en sauna som var overfyldt.
