Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast always fabulous, great choices on offer.
Bed very comfy.
All the amenities you need.
Good food in the restaurant too.

Cons:

Bit pricey for a 1 night stay, but suppose it is holiday season and the weekend.
Service was a bit slow in the restaurant.

Perfect hotel for a one night stay
Pros:

Everyone seemed happy and friendly, and there was plenty of staff around at breakfast to top up items and show you where the teabags etc. were.

Lots of choice at the buffet breakfast and everything was very tasty. Two each of coffee machines, hot water machines for tea, and toasters. Cooked items (the sausages were lush), cereals, pastries, bread for toasting and spreads including homemade marmalade. Proper yummy.

The bedroom was big and perfectly fine for one night's stay.

An 8-10 minute taxi ride to the Tivoli Venue with Cresta Cars was only £8.50 each way.

Cons:

There weren't any sockets next to the bed, but if you have a CPAP machine or similar, you can put your pillows at the other end, then use the chair as a makeshift headboard/machine holder :-)

You can tell the hotel was built in the 1980's as it feels a little tired and Crossroads-y but, if retro decor is your vibe, then you'll absolutely love it!

There was an odd smell about, but we got used to it quickly.

Could have done with a fan in the room.

Great customer service but underwhelming executive suite.
Pros:

Great location and terrific staff throughout all areas.

Cons:

We chose a double executive room. Two single beds pushed together was unexpected and not comfortable. A tiny tall boy cupboard was insufficient for adult suits and dresses.

More than ample space.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

I was very impressed by the hotel and the facilities. Great room and friendly staff. Ideal for attending a Gary Numan gig at the Buckley Tivoli.

Cons:

It is an attractive hotel and I would visit again.
