A wonderful hotel.
Pros:

breakfast was wonderful, the restaurant exceptional, the wine great and the staff were fantastic. I became ill and was hospitalized (not related to the stay in any way), and the staff were wonderful to my wife. Very caring and helpful.

Okay for an overnight stay
Pros:

Good size rooms; restaurant and bar were nice. Location okay, but not great. Pics on web site are misleading.

Cons:

The bed was awful. So hard, may as well have slept on the floor!

The dinner was delicious as was the brrakfast

It was not 5 star. No safe, no luggage rack, the wall paper was peeling in several places, terrible cardboard cups to make coffee in your room, we weren’t allowed to use the garden or outside terrace

La TV está puesta con un volumen fijo muy bajo, sentado desde la cama no se oía.
El SPA : la piscina muy fria para ser climatizada, la sauna no funcionaba
En los alrededores del hotel no hay nada para poder comer algo a menos que cojas el coche

Pros:

Desayuno buffet muy completo. Gimnasio y piscina con un horario muy amplio y muy buenos.
La ubicación es buena, a las afueras de Valladolid en una barrio residencial. Se puede llegar al centro caminiando. ( tiempo aprox 45-50 min).
