Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Stadtrandlage nahe zur Autobahn. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Küchenleistung ist hervorragend, die Weinauswahl ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Es gab im Restaurant und beim Frühstück Verständigungsprobleme, da kaum englisch sprechendes Personal anwesend war. Die Zimmer waren zwar sehr sauber, jedoch nicht in den Ecken

Très bel établissement
Pros:

L'emplacement, le bâtiment et le cadre . Le personnel également très agréable.

Cons:

La piscine. Après une longue route , nous aurions aimé profiter de la piscine pour se détendre. Impossible car à l'intérieur, espace très petit et des enfants qui hurlent et monopolisent les lieux . Nous avons essayé plusieurs fois de nous y rendre mais impossible..... Il devrait y avoir une réglementation. Surtout pour un 5*.

Magnifique car hôtel très chaleureux
Pros:

Les attentions pour le client, nous sommes partis à 03h00 du matin et la personne de l accueil nous a donner des bouteilles d eau fraîche, un grand merci à lui. Une tranquillité au top, pas un bruit, tout était fonctionnel , parking extérieur et en sous sol sans oublier les bornes de recharges, j en parle car je roule en électrique. Nous reviendrons mais la prochaine fois en moto car parking sécurisé.

AGRADABLE como para repetir.
Pros:

El lugar y lo bonito del palacio. Aunque estaba lejos del centro, está muy bien comunicado y muy agradable.

Cons:

Un pequeño detalle en el desayuno, que solicitamos dos veces un desayuno caliente y nos fuimos sin tomarlo, nadie llegó a la mesa aunque nos dijeron que nos mandaban a alguien, un fallo de comunicación y no insistimos más.
