Pros:

Very good hotel and facilities. Close to town and bars or club for the younger generation. The food is amazing and the casino has a very big selection of slot machines. The service was a bit slow around the pool area. The fridge in the room was hardly cold. If you were to store fresh milk, it would go off.

Beach could use some cleaning, too much garbage. Overpriced for the food and drink quality. Paid 14 euro’s for a cocktail that came out of a can. Was on the beach for 3 days and not one person came to ask if we wanted anything. The facilities are nice and the water is great, nice views and the hotel room was good.

Had a mountain view room. Bed was comfortable and pillows were nice. Room and hotel in general need a refresh and in need of updating for 2025. Location is great. Right on the beachfront. If updated, it would be a huge improvement.

Fantastic location! comfy beds, nice buffet, lovely pools, walkable area. If you want to be served in the lounge, you will need to flag down a server pretty assertively. Wear swim shoes if you want to go in the sea—the shoreline ok j k is pretty rocky.

Very slow service at bars and restaurants needs renovations make sure you ask for room with laminate or newer carpet some rooms very old and mouldy in bathroom hallway carpets very old but lovely setting and convenient location

We came back to this hotel and brought family because we had such a wonderful time a few years ago. The location and price is awesome, however the last minute price difference with the resort fees compared to the advertised rate when we booked was frustrating. For 3 rooms and 3 nights, the increase added up. The pools need a better filtration system, especially the kiddie pool. Other than that, we still love this place and would recommend coming back!
