Pros:

Great place to stay, affordable, clean and perfect size with great amenities! Very welcoming staff and friendly, great location near the university, beach, Downtown Wilmington and every store you could possibly need on a trip! I would absolutely stay here again!

Pros:

It was in a convenient location; easy access to major food chains and stores. The complimentary breakfast was great, I was satisfied with the options available.

Cons:

I have no complaints , it was a very restful stay.

It's proximity to the airport

Cons:

The lack of cleanliness. I left a tip for the cleaning staff, only to arrive back to the room to find the tip money gone and the room not cleaned. When called the front desk to inquire about the lack of room cleaning, when the cleaning staff finally did arrive hours later, they brought an attitude with them and the sheets were stained. The Pack & Play they gave for our baby was stained throughout. The carpets felt grimy on our bare feet. It advertises as having a pool, but the pool is located at the hotel next door.

Pros:

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The suite provided all the amenities expected The breakfast bar had a good selection of food.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. The shower curtain needed replacing and the bottom around the flooring had the beginnings of mold build up. The duvets on the bed had stains that looked as if they'd been drug through mud and left to dry that way.
