Bedroom was decent

Cons:

Hallway carpets were heavily stained.
The living room furniture in rooms was covered in stains and greasy. Very outdated. Bedroom window leaked when it rained

Carpet in the hallways needs to be cleaned badly. Also there was a loud party in the courtyard Saturday night until around 11:30. Would have been nice to have been told or something. It was hard to not hear it and the music playing

Beds and Rooms well worth the stay, staff amazing
Pros:

I liked the staff and the property; I did not like the bums coming in and going through the food in the morning. When I saw this and the staff not stopping them, I decided to eat at other places.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that the staff allowed bums and outside folks to come and get breakfast. You could clearly tell they been allowing them for a while. I get it but at the same time, if you want to do that then please place in a separate area for sanitary reasons. Some of them really had bad odor and smells.

Not Horrible, But Don't Think I'll Go Back

Location was good, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

1. Was up all night due to the room above us having dogs. Sounded like they were running around & one was in a metal crate scratching allllll night. Im 100% a dog lover and all for pet friendly hotels but the pet friendly rooms should be in a better location. 2. My phone died on the way to wilmington. I stopped by around noon to see if we could check in early. Lady at front desk just looked up at me while putting food in her mount and said check in was at 3. Wasn't an issue for me, it was just unprofessional and not very friendly. 3. Hotel needs to be more "up to date" 1st hotel I've been to that doesn't have charging ports. Also only like 5 channels available on TV. 4. Breakfast was blah... No ice available, no juice cups, needs more of a selection. 5. It was myself and my 2 teenagers stated on reservation. There were only 2 towels/washcloths. No linens for pull out bed. Mattress was filthy and had trash under it.
