Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Air con wasnt great and we were a bit warm and stuffy unless we opened the balcony door. A small toothpaste would have been good instead of a sewing kit!

Nice but could have been a lot better based on our previous stays unfortunately!
Pros:

Great location as we knew having stayed a few times previously. Hotel was clean as were the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Disappointing that there is no longer complimentary tea/coffee in the rooms! Facilities are there but you have to purchase the water to make your tea/coffee. It may seem trivial but that’s the difference between a hotel and a good hotel.

Other than the above the hotel was very well situated and clean. I had two very enjoyable Mel’s there

The location was brilliant

Cons:

The air conditioning units were outside my hotel room 385 and the noise from them made it very hard to sleep at night. I opted for the sustainable choice of not having my room refreshed. My room notice advised me that this would achieve a reduction in my bill however this proved no to be the case

Location! On arrival amazing customer service. Clean roo. Got one of the bigger balcony rooms! And was mt birthday sent up a bottle of wine and hand written card was very sweet!!
