Had a great stay overall. Enjoyed time with the family here.
Pros:

We loved the position of The Esplanade.near lots of great buildings, restaurants and the port.
We loved the shower!
Having a restaurant onsite was convenient when we returned tired.
We worked out how to stream our services through the tv too so we’re happy about that.

Cons:

Our suite was smaller than expected and older but still good.
We left our towels on the racks but they still changed them, they were meant to leave them for environmental reasons.
We did not know about the choice not to service and have money to spend in hotel.
Price to park car across the road safely undercover was quite expensive each night.

Pros:

It was I very unit, room. I have only stayed one night as I was due for my knees replacement. My daughter have stayed the end and she love it.

Great location but very tired decor.
Pros:

Great location. Great staff and a lovely bar. The food was above average.

Cons:

The price was very high for tired rooms. I was expecting a much higher standard and the bathroom was very old and in need of an reno.
