Pros:

The outside appearance of the building.

Cons:

Inside, just another over priced hotel with no warmth or character. No coffee machine in room. Apparently we were entitled to only a kettle which we had to ask to be supplied. Crappy coffee sachets which you would expect in a one star place. For what we got for AUD 317 on a boring Monday night, it was not good value.

Second stay very pleasant.
Pros:

Good location; pleasant rooms; good breakfast; ultimately put in well designed room for slightly disabled customer.

Cons:

We stayed on two occasions a week apart and asked for a room with allowance for a disabled person (slight disability). We were allocated one on the first occasion which was adequate but was the furthest room from the reception desk and lifts. Incredible that anyone should think this a suitable location! After complaining, for the second stay we were given a very well designed room next to a lift. So the rooms are there, but the location of the first room remains a mystery!
