Good location and breakfast selection was excellent

Cons:

Several in-room amenities were not functioning — the spa jets didn’t work, and the coffee machine was also unusable, which was frustrating for what should have been a comfortable stay.

To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged for minibar items I didn’t even touch, and this charge came through 12 hours after I had already checked out.

The noise was another major issue. From around 4am, it sounded like workmen were moving through the hallways, with constant door slamming that made it impossible to sleep.

Overall, there were too many issues for a one-night stay, and it did not meet expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both maintenance and guest experience.

Bathroom door handle was loose inside Bathroom. Bathroom dated and foam support underneath bath must have fallen away where you stand under the shower leaving an unstable area that dipped where you stood.

Food, average and eating it involed a workout for your jaw. Even the steak knife I eventually had to ask for struggled to cut through

Absolutely Fabulous.
Pros:

Location, Location, Location. 5 minutes walk to the ocean, dozens of restaurants to choose from or better still, eat at the restaurant within the hotel, delicious food, good portion size, and reasonably priced. The rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. Parking was available across the road, and I felt safe leaving my car there. Friendly staff at reception and at the bar.
