Hotel Victorie

Te koud, problemen met verwarming.
Kamer was wel oud/plinten, gaten in vloer van CV ,bed 1 kant tegen de muur.

Llegamos al hotel el viernes 6 de febrero y esa misma noche comenzamos a sufrir cortes de luz constantes. La calefacción funciona mediante una bomba de calor dependiente del suministro eléctrico, por lo que nos vimos obligados a pasar la noche sin calefacción y sin posibilidad de cargar los dispositivos móviles, en pleno invierno y con temperaturas exteriores por debajo de los 0 °C.

Acudimos a recepción en busca de una solución, pero no se nos ofreció ninguna alternativa. La única respuesta fue que se trataba de un problema habitual debido a deficiencias en la instalación eléctrica del establecimiento.

A esta situación se suma la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento: sabanas, muebles y colchón presentaban manchas de dudosa procedencia, lo que resulta inaceptable desde el punto de vista higiénico.

Para agravar aún más la experiencia, desde el hotel se nos ofreció un reembolso económico a cambio de eliminar la reseña negativa. Dicho reembolso nunca llegó a efectuarse, lo que consideramos una práctica engañosa y poco honesta.

Sin duda, ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en un hotel.

Needs some renovation.

The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. Didn't try the breakfast, but the dining room looked small.

Das Zimmer wird über eine Einzelklimaanlage beheizt, die bei Ankunft ausgeschaltet war. Folge: kaltes Zimmer und sehr kalter Fußboden. Die Zimmertür klemmte und war nur mit erheblichem Kraftaufand zu öffnen. Das Badezimmer (insbesondere der Platz vor der Toilette) ist sehr klein. Sauberkeit geht so.

اسوء تجربة قمت بها على الاطلاق
الغرفة سيئة جدا الكهرباء كانت تنقطع كل 5 دقائق والجو في الغرفة كان بارد بشكل لا يصدق
كانت درجة الحرارة بالغرفة -1 الوضع كان مريع بشكل صادم
وبعد ليلة سيئة قام الموظف بنقلنا الى غرفة اخرى وكانت نفس المشكلة
وقام بنقلنا ايضا الى غرفة ثالثة وكانت الامور مناسبة قليلا
لايوجد احذية للارضيات ولا يوجد مطبخ ولا صحون ولا اي ادوات للمطبخ
عندما قمت بالحجز كانت موجود في المرفقات موقف للسيارة وعند الوصول اخبروني انه لايوجد وهذا غير صحيح ما اطرني لدفع 60 يورو موقف سيارة لكل يوم

El desague de la ducha no tragaba agua y se nos inundó el baño, el wifi dejó de ir y la primera noche teniamos el aire acondicionado puesto y se apagaba y se encendía cada 2 minutos haciendo bastante ruido y el recepcionista nos dijo que era normal, al día siguiente ya iba bien, pero decir que es normal… pasamos bastante frío esa noche

Het was niet helemaal schoon, veel stof en de elektriciteit viel steeds uit. Daarnaast waren er hotelgasten die lawaaierig waren

The first night it was a bit cold - the heater did not warm up the room enough. But it warmed up for the next day.

La cama estuvo incómoda . Eran 2 sencillas unidas y siempre se hundía en la mitad .

The hotel room:
- freezing for the first 2 nights of my stay as the AC didn't work, my face was painful from the cold
- there was a power cut as I was mid-shower, plunging the room into darkness. The lift outside also wasn't working as a result. When I pointed out this was substandard service, the receptionist tried to deflect responsibility, saying it was a 'city-wide issue', which it wasn't.
- the mattress had 'fuzz bubbles' all over which were itchy through the bedsheets, still wasn't swapped out on request
- One of the ceiling light bulbs wasn't working, only fixed after 3 days

The hotel bathroom:
- the shower gel bottles weren't filled up/replaced automatically, only fixed after 3 days
- the handheld shower's rail slider/slider bracket was broken, only fixed after 3 days
- the overhead shower was covered in limescale, only fixed after 3 days
