It was ok, but not what we have experienced in the past.
Pros:

The room itself was perfect. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

TV...the tv setup and remote are a disaster to figure out. Could not get just regular TV and the tv was secured in a position that prevented us from hooking up to my laptop to watch the Blue Jays game! Had to watch it on the small lap top screen.

Excellent facility for a cost effective simple night stay in a clean adequately supplied room.
Pros:

This hotel was excellent for the low price level of accommodation. The hotel is more like a motel. Two floors. Access from outside. We just required a room for sleeping on our travel from place to place. The room was big enough and clean. The bed was comfortable and showed no signs of bed bugs. The bathroom facilities were complete for towels, soap and shampoo.

Cons:

We did not like the fact that patrons were able to smoke just outside their room. This obviously travelled and entered our room. Also we wanted to check out earlier, however the front desk was not open until after 0800hrs. Therefore we had to leave our keys with the breakfast staff (who were likely the front desk staff anyways). However I would have preferred to have my room deposit cancelled right then.

Overall, great value, comfy, private getaway!
Pros:

So cozy and private! A quiet, cottage feel. Loved the fireplace and screened in porch. Really clean, comfy beds, friendly staff.

Cons:

Heavy smell of mildew throughout. It is and older property, but theres got to be a way to freshen up the smell!

Very nice. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The dining area was well well organized in a comfortable setting.

Cons:

Some areas on the outside property starting to look a little bit run down but all in all everything else made the experience enjoyable.
