一剛開始訂房系統自己操作不慎，重複預定兩間房型，告知櫃檯人員後陳小姐給予耐心解釋及會想方法讓旅客解決問題，順利處理旅客的需求。
退房時會貼心詢問是否在提供礦泉水以供路途上的需要。

Cons:

隔音有點差，可以聽到隔壁住吹風機的聲音，另外晚上洗澡時熱水會突然的變溫水，需要偶爾調整一下溫度。
