Pros:

La posizione, molto comoda per raggiungere la città. Il receptionist è stato molto gentile nel prepararci la colazione al sacco dato che dovevamo partire presto.

Cons:

La nostra camera aveva una finestra che si affacciava su un corridoio interno, rendendo difficile ottenere un vero ricambio d’aria. Aprirla significava rinunciare alla privacy, senza peraltro riuscire a far circolare adeguatamente l’aria. A questo si aggiunge un problema molto serio di insonorizzazione: l’acustica è pessima e si sente praticamente qualsiasi rumore, sia con le finestre aperte sia con quelle chiuse. Le voci delle persone, le conversazioni e persino le urla provenienti dai piani inferiori si sentono a qualsiasi ora. Gli spazi interni molto aperti sembrano inoltre creare un forte effetto eco, amplificando ulteriormente i rumori e rendendo difficile riposare tranquillamente.

Anche il comfort della camera lascia a desiderare: i cuscini sono molto scomodi e non favoriscono un buon riposo. Il bagno presenta ulteriori criticità, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la vasca, che risulta pericolosa e scomoda sia per entrare sia per uscire, con il rischio di scivolare. Sarebbe decisamente preferibile sostituirla con una doccia comoda e sicura, più pratica per gli ospiti. Anche lo specchio del bagno è posizionato troppo in alto e risulta scomodo da utilizzare.

Un altro aspetto migliorabile è l’accoglienza del personale femminile, che abbiamo trovato poco sorridente e non particolarmente cordiale.

Infine, anche la manutenzione generale della struttura meriterebbe maggiore attenzione: nonostante il design ricercato, alcune parti dell’hotel danno un’impressione di trascuratezza e risultano quasi fatiscenti. Questo crea un contrasto evidente con l’immagine moderna ed elegante che la struttura cerca di trasmettere.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral zwischen Burg und Altstadt von Prag gelegen. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes alles zu Fuß erlaufen, aber auch Straßenbahnlinien sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und ansprechend - auch mit vielen selbst zubereiteten, schmackhaften Desserts, Kuchen, warmen Frühstücksgerichten.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt unterhalb der Burg ist ausgezeichnet, und mit Straßenbahn und Bus ist man super angebunden. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut, allerdings wenig Auswahl für Gluutenintolerante.
Leider war der Zustand unseres Zimmers Nr 11 nicht so gut: Der Wasserhahn in der Dusche ließ sich nur mit Gewalt (des Hotelmitarbeiters) öffnen und nicht wieder komplett schließen, der Toilettendeckel war gesprungen und mit Klebeband repariert, die Türklinke fiel regelmäßig ab. Im Wohnraum fehlten die Rollen am Schreibtischstuhl, so dass er auch nicht vernünftig stehen konnte, und die Kunstleder-Sitzgelegenheiten rochen noch dezent nach Raucherzimmer.
Enttäuscht waren wir, dass weder zur dusche noch zur Türklinke irgendwelche Entschuldigungen oder Alternativangebote kamen. Die Türklinke wurde einfach wieder aufgesteckt und fiel bei der nächsten Nutzung natürlich wieder ab, das Wasser tropfte vier Tage durch...

Nie Wieder!

Die Lage war ok, jedoch sind die Parkplätze weit weg, das heißt mit dem Auto hin ausladen Auto wegbringen wieder zurückgehen....etwas mühsam

Es ist eine Frechheit NICHT zu deklarieren dass die "normalen" Doppelzimmer ( es gibt 6 Stück davon mit Fenstern in diesen Gangbereich!) keine Frischluftzufuhr haben. Noch dazu wenn die einzige Lüftung im Bad so laut ist wie wenn man neben einer Turbine stehen würde!
Oh es gibt Fenster jedoch in den Gang hinein, da ist eine Lichtkuppel ober einem und unten der Frühstücksbereich. Das heisst wenn ich das Fenster öffne dann gehen andere bei mir vorbei, und ab 6.00 hört man den Geschirrlärm, das Personal reden den Duft von Speck ect.
Es ist ab 6.00 Uhr nicht mehr möglich zu schlafen, dann gibt es keine Frischluft ausser Speckgeruch und wenn ich weggehe den ganzen Tag kann ich auch nicht aufmachen weil da ja andere Gäste sich gerne bei mir ins Bett legen können.
Ich bin natürlich zur Rezeption gegangen und sagte ich will ein anderes Zimmer: Antwort frech: sie haben ein normales Zimmer gebucht, ein Achselzucken und Augenrollen.

Weder auf Booking com noch auf der Homepage wird dies deklariert. Auf der Homepage ist mir aufgefallen da gibt es Aufpreis für Balkon( ca1m²)oder Für Aussicht!!! Witzig die kosten alle mehr und günstig sind auch nicht die "normalen Zimmer"nicht
Bei der Rezeption waren 4 verschiedene Leute in 4 Tagen anzutreffen und kein EINZIGE/r war freundlich oder nett. Gerade mal ein Hallo hat es gegeben aber nur wenn man als erster was gesagt hat.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super unterhalb der Prager Burg und fussläufig ist die Karlsbrücke und das Zentrum erreichbar. Das Frühstück war super ,es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei .

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte leider die Fenster inliegend zum Flur.
