3 Nights in Prague
Pros:

This hotel is in an old building and the interior has been extensively renovated. The motif throughout the hotel is mid-century modern. The room was spacious and the bed was fairly comfortable. Wi-fi worked well. Breakfast was excellent. The location is close to several tourist sights: John Lennon Wall, Franz Kafka Museum, Prague Castle and others.

One bit of advice for travelers who arrive by train and like to utilize public transportation, i.e. trams and subways. This advice is especially true for seniors carrying multiple pieces of luggage. Notwithstanding the allure of free public transport for seniors, the hotel is located across the river and it's on a steep hill. The streets and sidewalks are all cobblestones. From the main station to your tram stop (#15) is about a 10 minute walk (across fairly smooth concrete) and you'll need to take the tram to Malostranska. From there it is about a 20-30 minute walk uphill over cobblestones to the hotel. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and take a taxi to the hotel. We did that on the return to the station. It cost us 15 euros and it was some of the best money we've ever spent.

Cons:

The lighting inside the room and the bathroom could be improved. A workdesk could be added instead of the round cocktail table. I know that it would be asking way too much, but it would sure be nice if they replaced the half-glass shower door with a full glass enclosure.

Posizione bellissima, a due passi da ponte Carlo.
Albergo originale, con pezzi vintage di design (da cui il nome...)
Camera molto pulita, spaziosa. La nostra aveva un grazioso terrazzino con vista sui tetti.
Colazione internazionale, molto ricca.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Stadt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Frühstück hat alles was dein Herz begehrt, einziges Manko, wir hatten ohne, dass wir es wussten, ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum Flur / Innenraum ohne Frischluft. Das war etwas ungewöhnlich, da man nicht lüften konnte.
