Pros:

La colazione ricca dolce e salata, continuamente rifornita e piuttosto varia.
L'acqua aromatizzata alla reception al rientro dalla passeggiata serale, rigenerante!
I prodotti presenti in bagno, in particolare la crema corpo.
I materassi e i cuscini grandi, accoglienti, ci hanno regalato delle ottime dormite.
Le cialde del caffè in camera e la bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo.
La disponibilità a poter lasciare le valigie anche dopo il ceckout.

Cons:

Occorrerebbe qualche tavolo in più nella sala per la colazione.
Una maggiore scelta di alimenti dolci.
Le manopole della doccia non facilissime da regolare, ma molto belle.
E da italiani.. lamentiamo la mancanza del bidet! 🤣

Отель с красивыми видами и интересными интерьерами
Pros:

Заселялись ради вида и выхода на балкончики - и они полностью себя оправдали. Дизайн интересный, ретро не обычный. На завтрак можно было поесть фрукты - для вегетарианцев это важно. Совсем рядом был отличный веган ресторан - приятный бонус. Также рядом интересные места - Петрин, монастырь, музей и бар алхимиков, собор и куча мелких баров-кафешек. В номере была кофемашина. Внизу можно было взять кипяток и чайные пакетики. При заселении и выселении сладкий подарок (печенье, конфеты) - мелочь, а приятно.

Cons:

Немного уставший отель - требует местами мелкого ремонта. Поздно вечером на малой стороне все закрыто - негде поесть, если не успел поужинать.

Konum iyi kahvaltı güzel. İnsanlar kibar

Cons:

Wc de taharet musluğu olmaması Müslüman turistler için hiç uygun değil. Artık tüm Avrupada müslüman turistler çok var o yüzden en azından wc lerde taharet musluğu şart. Kahvaltıda verilen et ürünlerinde domuz ürünü katkısının olup olmadığı açıkça belirtilmesi gerekiyor.Bunlar olumsuz taraflar

Hotel położony w rewelacyjnym miejscu - widok wspaniały.
Pros:

Położenie obiektu Super Śniadania bardzo dobre.

Cons:

Balkon Niestety zdjęcia a rzeczywistość to dwie odrębne sprawy Brak informacji o rozmiarze balkonu sprawiły, że miałam inne wyobrażenie Balkon może 70cm na 70cm - dwie osoby tam ledwo się mieszczą stojąc. Ale nie pytałam o rozmiar, wiec to chyba mój błąd .

Excellent location, great food and really helpfull and polite stuff.
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel in June. The location is great, 10-min walking distance from many key tourist attractions - the castle, some bridges, parks etc. 5-min walking from the hotel there is a street with many placed to eat and taste local and international food.

Breakfast in the hotel was very fresh each morning, and very, very good, above my expecations and what's typical in many hotels I've been. Definetely the breakfast was the nicest surprice for me - a good breakfast at a location where you're supposed to be walking a lot during the day is very important and in this hotel it was top.

The stuff were very polite and helped us will all of our requests that we had.

Cons:

The hotel facilities look slightly old, but the building is from the 15th century as far as I understood so it might be difficult to make any groundbraking modernisations. Yet, it had everything needed, I just would prefer bathrooms to be a bit newer, but this didn't affected our comfort or stay.

Deceitful advertising
Pros:

The location is great, no complaints here, reaching it from the airport is rather easy, since it's not far from a tram stop.

Cons:

The hotel sells itself as a fantastic-view place, all the room pictures show amazing city views, so it leads you to believe that a standard room in this location will be exactly that: a room with a window to the city, or at least the street. However, a standard room in this establishment actually has a window with the view of the hotel interior, directly into the hallway. And even though this piece of information is findable in the room description, such practice still feels deceptive due to the attached pictures being of only rooms with nice views, and not the actual "standard" ones. These indoor windows also provide no privacy, since, if left opened, anyone could enter your room without a keycard. They provide no sound insulation as well, so all your conversations can be easily heard from the hallway by other visitors.

The breakfast food in this hotel was exceptionally average, as well as the room hygiene. A vanity kit, left in the mouldy bathroom as a hotel amenity, was clearly pre-opened and the plastic packaging was ripped, probably by a previous resident, which left a dreadful sense of unsanitariness.

Overall, the hotel experience left me and my travel partner disappointed, the city itself is a pleasure to visit and we will be returning, just not to this hotel.
