Pros:

Continental bfast was great. Location was excellent. Beach was disappointing.

Cons:

Pool was freezing. Should be heated when temps allow for swiming. Temp was in upper 70s but pool was to cold to swim. Colder than ocean.

I'd stay here again.
Pros:

The ocean views were amazing. The King suite rooms are the best most spacious rooms and well worth it. The staff made the stay excellent. The hotel was overall clean. The Ocean is so close its a 1-2 min walk.

Cons:

Definitely add more variety of pastries and Tea. The parking needs to be enforced.

Pros:

I loved that it was beachfront and the facilities were clean, the pool was nice and the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, although they should have microwaves in the rooms.To avoid having to go down to the lobby, there is coffee and tea available all day and a water dispenser.

Cons:

Actually, the only thing I didn't like was the lack of variety in the breakfast; it was just bagels, cereal, and boiled eggs to eat. The drinks were fine.

Great stay!
Pros:

Ticks all the boxes! Perfect location, all beachfront, parking and breakfast included, great bed, water pressure, clean and smoke feee room and a pool all at a good price - can’t beat it!

It was on the ocean.

Cons:

We stayed here mainly for the beach, and while our stay wasn’t terrible, there were several things that would keep us from staying again.

The stairs going down to the beach are very narrow and there is zero access for a wagon or stroller, which also makes them not very toddler-friendly. Breakfast ran out every day, even though we went fairly early each morning. The fridge in the room was extremely small for the size of the room, and although the rooms are spacious, the space isn’t used very well. The bathroom is so small that you can barely close the door.

We were also told our room wasn’t ready multiple times — I believe five different times — which was frustrating after traveling. The carpet in the room also had a strange smell.

Overall, the stay wasn’t bad and we enjoyed being at the beach, but for the price, I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels, and I probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Easter weekend!
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size, very functional and very clean. Breakfast was great. A decent variety. Area was kept clean.

Cons:

The common areas were dated and dirty. Mostly the pool area. Was there for two mornings and outside tables were not wiped down. Wanted to eat breakfast outside to enjoy view and tables were gross. Came back late on Saturday night and there wasn't any parking. I paid extra for parking and couldn't find a spot. Had to go to front desk. Need to limit one car per a room so everyone can find a spot or make sure every car should be there.

Pros:

We loved the hotel very comfortable, very clean. We met some very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was very beautiful..

Cons:

NOW one thing we were not to happy about was the breakfast there was no meat to speak of meaning no bacon no sausage, no scrambled eggs, the yogurt was good and the bagels were fresh
