Staff was friendly and professional. Recently update so very clean. Working elevator, beach and pool right outside your balcony window.

My car broke down the day I was to leave. Zach at the front desk was the best, making sure I had a room to stay in while it got fixed, despite a large group coming in. I might have been stranded without him. The whole staff here is great. Even the housekeeping are friendly and greet everyone.
A coffee maker and ice bucket in the room is something I missed.
Convenient to other locations we visited.
It’s not up to the standards as a usual Hilton. Run down looking even though recently somewhat updated as far as painting.
It would be great to have the sign lighted outside the building. Easier to locate.

Breakfast bar was not well stocked - ran out - whomever orders needs better supervision and training. Anticipate holiday needs.
Trash and pamphlets outside room doors for two days
The employee, Jackie. was doing a spectacular job with servicing the breakfast area. Very polite and helpful. Even though there was a huge crowd and many complaints about running out of items.
