Awesome place and Staff
Pros:

Awesome Awesome Awedome. Especially Bernard at the front desk who went over and beyond to acommadate our iver sized truck plys 16 foot trailer. He went outside and walked the route with us and also made sure our pet was raken care of.

The dirtiest carpet I've ever seen!
Pros:

Wow. What an awful experience for a relatively expensive hotel room. The room wasn't ready when we arrived 2 hours after check-in started. The sink was full of food and clogged. The toilet was broken (I fixed it). The room was musty and dirty and had the filthiest carpet I've ever seen. My daughter's socks were BLACK after about 15 minutes. Probably my worst Hilton-product experience ever. We will look elsewhere.

Awesome customer service!!!
Pros:

Had a wonderful experience with the front seat staff. Emanuel went above and beyond helping me with a miscommunication. His staff member Lujaina was also very accommodating and more than helpful as well! The bar has been at high and I look forward to staying at this establishment when in town again!

Excellent stay
Pros:

Stayed in Columbus Ohio area atmosphere excellent rooms excellent breakfast on the better side. Value excellent. Only negative was I could not get my phone key to open our door and girl at front desk couldn’t help. I’ll give it 4 3/4 stars. Definitely stay again.
