Hotel was nice. Dirty cup and soda in my room. Had

The room was big. The bed was comfy! The
Lady that checked me out was fantastic.

Cons:

There was a can of opened soda and cup of coffee left in the room. When I checked in the guy said they needed a card. Well I paid online and it was showing I was going to be charge 230 something. I keep telling him I already paid which I did through booking. He tried to tell me that it was only a hold. Well it wasn’t I was charged twice. I was pretty upset that he lied. Even though the woman fixed it the next day but I was charged still on the card
I didn’t want to use.

Very relaxing, calm, very positive environment at night as well.
Pros:

It was very clean and updated and the safety features were a huge perk! Front desk workers were always sweet and kind as well but Shelia (I think was her name) checked us in and answered every weird or random question I had.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact there wasn’t free WiFi. Normally nice hotels like this one would have free WiFi, and having four kids that is not the most important thing but very helpful keeping them occupied with free time.
