Very relaxing, calm, very positive environment at night as well.
Pros:

It was very clean and updated and the safety features were a huge perk! Front desk workers were always sweet and kind as well but Shelia (I think was her name) checked us in and answered every weird or random question I had.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact there wasn’t free WiFi. Normally nice hotels like this one would have free WiFi, and having four kids that is not the most important thing but very helpful keeping them occupied with free time.

I needed to change my days and they refused to work with me and said I could not change days. I reached out two weeks before I will never stay at this place again.

I’ve been a Hilton customer for 30 years. This is the first time I’ve stayed in the home 2 suite brand.
Pros:

Very nice new facility but some serious design flaws the kitchen area. The hot food delivery is not safe the breakfast items eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc. are kept inside a sort of heated server that requires you to reach your arm inside it. Actually the food was warm was not hotand the economics of getting the food out of the container was that Best cumbersome

Pros:

First time visit and I was pleasantly surprised. Almost everything exceeded my expectations. You really took to heart the traveler's needs and comfort in your design.....the shades, the temp (so easy to control), loved the kitchenette and desk area (so efficient and pleasant), the bathroom, sparkling clean and efficient. I will definitely stay again!

Cons:

Pillows were too soft and I couldn't figure out the lighting in the bathroom.

Great Staff & Clean Hotel
Pros:

My 2 night stay at the Home2 Suites in Hilliard was fantastic. The staff were all extremely friendly, especially Sheila upon checkout. The room was beautiful, and clean. The breakfast was always well stocked, the fruit and coffee were very fresh each day. The only negative that I experienced was the bed being a bit hard, and uncomfortable but that's just a personal preference. Overall, I loved my stay and hope to return in the future!
