Pros:

Very good location surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Hotel itself was comfortable and well‑equipped, notably the gym. The food quality was very high, especially during the Christmas and New Year meals at the Harruba restaurant and during breakfast.

Cons:

The experience was significantly impacted by unreliable and inconsistent service, with requests often ignored, delayed, or handled unpredictably, especially during breakfast and in communication about the cancelled New Year’s lunch, which involved poor alternatives and frustrating refund procedures. Basic amenities like water provision were inconsistently delivered, and room cleaning was irregular and incomplete despite constant activity in the hallways. Minor maintenance issues, such as scratched mirrors, stained carpets, and insufficient power outlets, were noticeable but forgivable. The elevator capacity was inadequate, causing queues, while the stairwells were in poor condition and seemingly not intended for guest use..

Это было путешествие на день рождения. Все прошло великолепно!Отличный вместительный номер,чисто. Завтрак очень разнообразный и вкусный. Я получила подарок от отеля в день рождения. Это было безумно приятно 😘. Отдельная большая благодарность менеджеру по работе с клиентами Катерине Ангелковской. Благодаря ей наш отдых был безукоризненным.Спасибо ей В большое 🙏. В целом нам все очень понравилось и мы обязательно вернёмся. Ставлю 10 из 10.

Great hotel, noisy location (at night)
Pros:

Hotel staff very helpful, clean facilities and excellent buffet breakfast with freshly cooked options available.
Exterior area of balconies very tired, requiring repainting.
The reason for just 3* is the amount of noise from the (very) local nightclub area up until around 3.30am each morning. Sleeping with balcony window open is virtually impossible so aircon has to be used (which personally I don’t like).
Hotel in good location, otherwise, for exploring Malta.

It was the good choise and time. few small things I woudl be change only. In general , OK +!
Pros:

Room was good, no complains. We are sadysfide.
Breakfast , not bad! Cofe, exellent!
Location , perfect for this period-winter. It is the center of the St.Julian`s. I think in the sommer time there is very noise and too many people!

Cons:

The live cooking eggs area is not makeing the sens for me. The people are working there very hard and there ie alwas queue becose people ordering there special dishes/eggs witch taking the long time and fried eggs are on the same station..... All guests are waiting in the same line.... For me the key is only separate the fried eggs from toblem is gone. Have seen first time that system in my traveling life. Traveling much , whole year around.
The inside pool - please be carful the people with the hight approx. 190 cm + !!!!! LOOK UP !!!!
I was pointed the problem to the personell, was nothing changed in the whole week we where there.
