Pros:

Katerina, welche an der Reception arbeitet, hat einen aussergewöhnlich guten Job gemacht: Freundlich, kompetent und rasch hat sie dafür gesorgt, dass mein Aufenthalt perfekt war.

The staff were helpful, and that was about it.

Cons:

we stayed in two rooms over four nights however on day three there was no water at all in the morning. For couldn’t take a shower in the hot weather which was so frustrating .. later on that night there were continues false fire alarms which panicked me and the kids. Even though there was no water, they have managed to charge us for two bottles of drinkibg water. However, after my frustration they have cancelled these..

Wonderful staff and a lot of nice facilities.

Cons:

The rooms with doors which lead to other apartment are very bad at soundproof which might be a problem when neighbours are louder.

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel au coeur du quartier de paceville. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, attentionné et particulièrement Mina qui a pris soin de nous durant tout notre séjour et nous a gâté avec un surclassement et des attestations dans la chambre. La piscine est incroyable. Et ne loupez pas leur restorant sur la plage, délicieuses pizzas à partager. Merci à l'équipe !

Pros:

La piscina del rooftop y la tranquilidad de la habitación pero porque daba al jardín interior, las que dan afuera son bastante ruidosas

Cons:

La zona es bastante chunguilla y el hotel es de 5* pero del año de la polka, le falta mantenimiento y ponerse al día. Las almohadas son extremadamente incómodas.

Good experience
Pros:

We faced few issues ( not running water in the morning, False fire alarm) but the staff did a great job to compensate us. Specially Mrs. Mina offered us a late check out, which we appreciated very much due to late return flight.

Cons:

Check-in Time (4pm) was very late especially if you arrive in the hotel early in the morning.
