Good experience
Pros:

We faced few issues ( not running water in the morning, False fire alarm) but the staff did a great job to compensate us. Specially Mrs. Mina offered us a late check out, which we appreciated very much due to late return flight.

Cons:

Check-in Time (4pm) was very late especially if you arrive in the hotel early in the morning.

Amazing short break
Pros:

Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. On check in we got upgraded to a suite which was amazing. We really had a great time

Cons:

We gave them feedback about some things at breakfast as we were asked to do so and they came to speak to us the next morning so no complaints whatsoever

Brilliant location , friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff and location. All the facilities at this premise were great too. Reception staff and concierge was very helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

I wouldn't say we didn't like but more of things that can be improved. Room was very hot as AC was set to heat and we couldn't change it to cool so had to sleep with windows open. We did ask the housekeeping staff for it and they said they will take care of it but it didn't get looked. Also we never got chance to sit in the bar as it was always full ( mostly with family with little kids) even late night, which I understand as we have kids too and this is a family hotel so like I said not something we didn't like but something that can be improved by may be extra seating or limiting the age limit for bar area .

Wir haben die Zeit im Intercontinental in St. Julian´s sehr genossen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungs- und umfangreich. Fitnessstudio direkt im Haus zur freien Nutzung war sehr gut.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, was wir auch sehr empfehlen, da die Umgebung für abendliche Party mit entsprechender Lautstärke steht.

Cons:

Für uns als 4-köpfige Familie war die Kapazität der Schränke etwas gering.

Viešbutis nėra vertas 5 žvaigždučių. Kambariai jau tikrai nudėvėti. Jaučiasi kažkoks žuvies kvapas kambariuose.Balkone kėdės nutaškytos baltais dažais.

Pros:

Everywhere was clean , staff were very friendly especially the ones in the Opal lounge. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The room was a bit warm, couldn't switch on the AC to cooling mode. Also in the pool there was a group of teenagers playing rough and even though the staff told them to stop, they ignored them. The staff should have kicked them out of the pool.

Ottimo in tutto
Pros:

Hotel superlativo con miriade di servizi. Personale educato e competente. Posizione nel quartiere moderno con tutto ció che serve per divertirsi a due passi. La scelta che rifarei se tornassi a Malta.
