Not what I expected
Pros:

I did not eat the breakfast. Room needs to be refurbished.

Cons:

Bathroom was not as clean and pack-and-play had dirty sheets. Couch was moldy.

breakfast should run a little longer very short span of time
Cons:

Very disappointed stayed the night before our cruise. I picked the hotel because it said free shuttle to the port . I called ahead so I could get our names and time I needed reserved they said no need just let us know when you check in. We checked in and then said we would like to take the shuttle in the morning and they replied it’s full 😡 seriously I said I called and you told me no worries and now it’s full .. no response!! Won’t be staying there again

Rude staff. Shuttle bus was horrible!!!!

The breakfast and cleanliness

Cons:

The staff was rude and didnt even bother to look up when you talk to them. Talk in a condescending tone. No where was I rude and spoke normally to the staff. They looked like they didn't want to be there. We had been waiting foe thr shuttle bus for hours. We were traveling with 4 small kids and elderly parents. No order to the shuttle buses and people shoved and push their way ahead of us each time. Disregarding I had a infant in my hand. We even had to split up because others pushed and shoved to get on and half of us got on while the other half had to take another one! Unexceptable! If we had known what a pain in the a#$ the shuttle buses were. We would have stayed in a better hotel.

Fabulous location for airport and for getting to Miami Cruise Port.
Pros:

The laundry facilities. It was excellent to have access to use the machine and dryer. I also liked the location for food, coffee. I also loved the included free hotel bus service from the airport and to the cruise port. These two services and location for food made me book straight away. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The American 'continental style' breakfast. It was poor quality tbh. Not very healthy and heavily sugar and carbohydrates based. A kettle to make a proper cup of tea would have been nice.
