Pros:

I left my, very expensive, pillow in the room after checking out and when I contacted the staff to try and get it back they went out of their way to locate it and get it back to me. They were very helpful and I greatly appreciated the care.

Check the above things before you settle in. They will be happy to move you, if there is space.
Pros:

The workout room was excellent, as far as facilities go. Good shower. The staff were very nice. The room was well appointed with the usual appliances. Breakfast was full on choices. The morning desk clerk told me I looked great in the color I was wearing, and it was a nice way to start the day.

Cons:

As I told the front desk, I found the mattress uncomfortable, sleeping in the divots of many previous bodies. The toilet took forever to fill and sometimes needed manual sealing in the tank. There was a stain on a door frame that wasn’t cleaned. The room smelled like feet.
