Cons:

On a very busy road so if you wanted to walk to the restaurant and shops across the road (very close by) you had to be very careful.

Pros:

The coffee was fantastic. They even had raw sugar. The room was comfortable. The blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in. We loved that. The staff we very friendly.

Cons:

I felt the price of the room was expensive however, it seemed to be in line with others in the area. Maybe because of the college?

Comfortable bed, big room, great shower.

Cons:

Breakfast was a confusion. Dirty tables and room, too little space, bad coffee. We walked away and ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Location is uninteresting, next to commerce and big roads, quite far from Burlington.

Pool was closed the first day we arrived. There was breakfast but same thing each morning and they ran out of yogurt and muffins on our second day
