Pros:

Excellently designed

Cons:

“Guest services” button calls someone who didn’t understand English and dropped the call at one time. Remove “Guest Services” line and have a “Concierge” line instead, because the concierge service was excellent.

A solid 5 stars, but not quite up to the highest standard

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was also of a good standard. Very pleasant staff who help with luggage and greet you.

Cons:

When we checked in, we were given a room that smelled of cigarettes. After asking to change rooms, for some reason we were given a room that was a category lower and smaller than the one we had paid for. After insisting on changing this room too, we were finally given a good room, as shown in the photos on the booking website, and without any smell. All this took us almost a whole day, and the girl at the reception was clearly annoyed by our request, which made us feel uncomfortable. Perhaps we were accustomed to a high level of service, as we arrived here after staying at the Four Seasons across the street, and that was simply our expectation for this level of accommodation. Or perhaps we simply overestimated the level of this hotel.

The excellent room, very convenient, clean, the large size of the room, fresh. The view from the window of the room. The breakfast is diverse, tasty. The friendly and very polite staff. It’s near the subway and the flower square.
