Pros:

The excellent room, very convenient, clean, the large size of the room, fresh. The view from the window of the room. The breakfast is diverse, tasty. The friendly and very polite staff. It’s near the subway and the flower square.

По приезду отель приятно удивил бесплатным апгрейдом номера , номер был шикарен. ОООчень приветливый персонал!!! Локация идеальная как для отдыха, так и для встреч . Шаговой доступности торговые дома (К-11) и много чего интересного, из-за ограниченного времени не успел все пройти.

Pros:

Great location connected to a mall - nice designed rooms
Even tho most of the staff didn’t speak English they were very friendly.

Cons:

The staff doesn’t speak English, we had to work with everyone with google translate. We often stay in Jumeirah hotels but here we we’re disappointed by the pool area and the language barrier.
