Rundherum perfekt.
Pros:

Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Atmosphäre, Freundlichkeit, Zimmerausstattung, Sauberkeit und mit dem "Schönen Ernst" eine tolle Hotelbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Superbra!
Pros:

Jag gillade frukosten, sängen var bekväm, rummets storlek var rimligt och bekvämt, hotellet var fräsch. Bra isolering på fönstren . Jag uppskattade väldigt mycket att det fixades två matpåsar till mig eftersom jag skulle flyga väldigt tidigt.

Cons:

Att det inte fanns så mycket laktosfria alternativ på frukosten. Eluttagen i badrummet fungerade inte. Rummet var kallt, med det löst sig efter att jag kommunicerade detta till personalen.

Green and great
Pros:

What a lovely hotel! Our room was very large and very clean. We had a view of the Main Street. Breakfast was delicious and having gluten free bread was no problem. Service was excellent. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere but there was a metro station- underground- right in front of the hotel and buses as well.
This hotel had a very green ethos - subtle but there. We were impressed.

Home from home in Vienna!
Pros:

We love to visit Vienna for music, museums, food, ambiance and were there several times. We tried different hotels during our visits but several year ago we found the place where we feel ourselves at home - and it is Henriette Stadt Hotel - formerly Capri hotel. We like everything about this place - its location on a nice street, very central and the the same time not busy and crowded. The Underground station is literally at the doorstep and in 5 minutes you can be at Stephansplatz. Prater park is within easy walking distance as are many nice little caffes and restaurants. Every room is decorated in its unique style. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. And the breakfast is simply wonderful - varied, tasty and healthy. My wife and I visited Vienna this time to celebrate our 60s birthdays and when we were checking in - our room was upgraded to a family room - and it was a nice surprise for us that we stayed in Sigmund Freud themed room - the same room that we stayed in with our youngest son during our very first stay back in 2015! This revived many nice memories! And big thank you for the team for birthday balloons and a cake they left in the room for my birth day! This is very kind touch that is much appreciated. We keep fingers crossed that we will have more chances to visit Vienna and stay at Henriette hotel.
