It was in a great location
The ac didn’t work so well
Enjoyed all the options for breakfast. Whats not to like about Churo Waffles?
Pool was not heated. Pool area was great, very warm, but the pool its self was a little cold.

The staff were super friendly! And helped us with any issues.
Our room had an overly strong potpourri smell. We thought maybe because someone was trying to cover a previous guest smoking Marijuana, as that was another strong smell in halls and in our room. We arrived late (and tired) so just showered and went to bed. The next day we left early and upon return the smell was just as strong and really unbearable. We tried opening the windows to no avail.
Excellent location for food & shopping.
Kids running up and down the stairs and knocking on my door running away
Breakfast good. Staff friendly.
Though a handicap room, there was limited places to sit. One bedside light continued to go off and on. There Was a large hole in window screen.
Location
The bathroom door was raggedy, looked like bad water damage or dog tore it up maybe. Chargers port on night stand did not work.
The pool and free hot breakfast and comfy pillows
There was no hot tub
The bed was comfortable
It could’ve been better the bedding had stains. There was a burn hole in the pillowcase. They ran out of towels and we had to wait two hours and continuously call to get extra blanket.
Clean premises and good reception
Rooms were clean, Man who worked front desk in evening super nice and apologetic for our wait upon check in.
Check in was supposed to be 3 but we weren't allowed to go to our room until after 4. The biscuits at breakfast are horrible. Pillows small and heavy. Comforter on bed felt like rough paper towel.
The staff and breakfast were fine. Also, there is a swimming pool and exercise room that is well equipped. The location is convenient and the there are several nearby restaurants, a pizza parlor, a couple of bars that serve food, and a small grocery store.
Only two complaints. The windows only have thin shear-style curtains and the heavier drapers are decorative (not functional); this a problem because the outside flood lights pour light into the rooms all night. This "light pollution" makes sleeping difficult. Also, the pillows are half size which is inconvenient and does not allow them to be effectively used when attempting to block the bright light from the windows at night.
It was a good value and convenient location to University of Arkansas. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
