Pros:

Reception staff when I arrived after a 8 hour car journey were quite unhelpful a surly! I was dressed for my long journey for comfort but we felt judged on our dress! I had booked garaging for my car but was informed at the desk it wasn't available for me! The garage was full. However the gentleman waiting behind me was told he did have a space! He arrived after me. The gentleman and I both queried this as he said he had booked it and I had. The receptionist then looked at his list and confirmed I had booked and there was space for my car! When I took the car to the garage there were a number of available spaces. I had planned eating at the hotel but decided with the attitude being shown we would not use any facilities.
I had also planned having breakfast but the receptionist informed me I couldn't book it and would have to see if they could fit me in the following morning so again I ate elsewhere. The morning receptionist was totally different. Pleasant and helpful and with a friendly approach.the cleaning staff on my floor were pleasant and friendly.

Très confortable et propre. Situation très centrale. Chambre spacieuse. Très bon petit déjeuner. Possibilité de repas dans l’hôtel

Cons:

Sendo um hotel de 4 estrelas com a indicação de existência de garagem é de difícil aceitação que não se possa reservar garagem previamente ou que depois se chegue à tarde e não é possível estacionar! Teria escolhido outro hotel pois tive que deixar coisas no carro!

Ya que la ventana estaba averiada y no cerraba. Nos cambiaron la habitación al día siguiente
